Buyer beware. Saw a post in whats going on Claremore about a cute Krampus cake from reasors. I told my son I would like it for my bday. So he got it for me, found out he was charged $160 for that 8" cake with a 5 inch dome layer, that is more than some of their 2 layer wedding cakes I have seen. Out of curiousity I asked the original poster what he was charged, his response was $50. I spoke to the bakery manager who said the pricing for custom cakes had changed.....by 110 percent. He wasn't even charged for a cake but something called banneton, a proofing basket for bread dough per google. So reasors bakery is making up prices as they go along. I know in the scheme of things my occasional reasors bakery buys don't mean a hill of beans in china but I can tell u I will not be buying from their bakery in the future. read more

This is my go to place for groceries, you can always expect fresh produce and their stores are very nice. I also love the option to shop online and your groceries are ready when you arrive. Probably my favorite thing about them is the drive service. After you checkup, you just pull up to the dr and they load your groceries for you. As a mom and trying to keep up with kids while you shop I love this option! read more

I understand that it is a crazy time but I am tired of missing stuff everytime I pick up groceries through the drive-thru. Yesterday I picked up a big order and 1/2 of the things I ordered were missing. I couldn't tell because it was a big load. I always check off my list when I get home, last week it was 2 bags of cheese that were missing. I'm checking out Walmart next time. Trying to stay safe! read more

Very Impressed visiting Claremore Deli for catfish $2.50 ea or meal deal of 8 pieces, Cole Slaw & hush puppies is apx $19. I'm usually a customer at Catoosa Reasor's which I highly recommend their meat department. Produce could use more variety. Always looking for a whole grain bread w/o preservatives, bleach, processed enriched. Would it be possible for u to carry Immaculate canned biscuits? I like Dave's Killer Bread, his story and appreciate a lower price. The artisan breads have some good qualities. Overall appreciate the cleanliness, and cordial older clerks. Looking forward to now trying deli catfish in Catoosa. Some prices are high but Walmart (local competition) has high prices too on some of their products and u'r quality I trust. I do like u'r Reasor's peanut butter chocolate cups and cranberries for salads. read more

This establishment prices are way too high compared to other local grocers in the area. The customer service is mediocre compared with those retailers in town. It seems they've begun to separate themselves from the cheaper brands such as Best Choice and Always Save for more expensive, name-branded products. In result, they've limited their audience to upper-middle to high-class consumers and shied away from Larry's overall mission statement of, "giving the customer what they want to buy rather than what we want them to buy." I would rather shop at a different retailer from now on. read more

PRICE GOUGERS. A great place to shop if you want to at least DOUBLE your grocery budget. We have compared the exact same items, at other grocery stores, and Reasor's charges more than DOUBLE the retail sale value, in layman's terms, they figure out how much they need to charge to make a sweet profit off of you, and then DOUBLE it, the gullible Reasor's shopper, and their money, are soon parted. Steer clear if you want a fair price, if you shop for 100% of your groceries here, you might as well throw 50% of your grocery budget, out the window. read more

Went in since I was shopping in the area. Went to get electric cart , since I am disabled, 2 carts there - no charge on either, not even plugged in. I went in and saw a " manager" stood there since she was talking with a man and doing stock by a table by bakery. She was not even aware I was there. She finally just turned her head and just said "hello". But no can I help you ! She continued to stock and talked with man. I believe she knew the man. I threw up my arms and she responded "yes". I like Reasors. All the Reasors employees are so helpful. This is a great place to shop with lots of local made in USA products. The only negative about this particular Reasors is the aisles are too narrow and too much clutter in aisles makes it hard to walk up and down. They need to expand the store a little. read more

This store is pathetic. I have complained to management for years about this store and other than information I have gotten from store employees have never recieved a response. I complained in the first part of 2016 to a store employee and was informed that plans were in the works starting in April of 2016 a remodel would start. Guess what. Same horrendous store. The Reasor's at hwy 20 and 169 was remodeled four years after opening a I doubt a single cent has been sent on this store. Outdated, smells bad, dingy, and a great example of what a grocery store should not be. Unless I am out of time I refuse to patronize the store. Reasors has figured out the people in Claremore will accept what Reasor's will give us which is not much. The only positive about this operation is the great employees. read more

First, let me start by saying I absolutely LOVE Reasor's. I live in owasso and brag all the time to people how wonderful the 86th street store is. Their staff is very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service, so, upon arrival to the Claremore store, I expected the same service. I was extremely disappointed. So much so, that I am writing my very first review ever. I asked for pecorino cheese and the lady behind the counter was very nice, but after waiting 10 minutes, they didn't have it and she told me to look for a cheese made with sheep's milk. They had nothing made from sheeps milk, which wasted another 10 minute of my time. Then I asked the kid in the produce section where the basil was. Like the Owasso store, the basil wasn't kept with the other fresh herbs, which I never understood. After he went to ask someone, he came back and said "it should be somewhere around here." I looked everywhere and couldn't find it. Then, over at the bakery, they had virtually NO fresh bread. I found ONE loaf that wasn't rock-hard. I asked the check-out girl if someone could find some basil for me, and she told ME where to look for it, then, after I went to go look for it, she told my friend, "it isn't that hard to find." After I still couldn't find it, my friend went to look, and she couldn't find it either. I wanted to say "if it's not that hard to find, then why can't 4 different people find the damned stuff?!?!", but I stopped myself. What a joke. read more
