Instead of embarrassing a little girl at checkout, the employee recognized what was happening and kindly pushed the transaction through. I saw the incorrect PIN notification on my phone, immediately tried calling my daughter, and we both went back to settle the payment. That small act of kindness and understanding meant a lot. It's refreshing to see people use good judgment, compassion, and common sense in moments like that. Thank you to the team for handling the situation with such grace.

But there's lots of stairs and so we were always looking for the area where the ramps were. We often found ourselves getting trapped in corners and having to reverse out. My friend sits in a very narrow wheelchair so she was able to fit through all the aisles. But I feel like someone in a regular size wheelchair would not be able to.
