I call Joy and she call me back within two hours and we set something up. She is very calm and sweet. She took time to figure out exactly what I wanted. I asked for a combination of Reiki and massage so I never knew quite what she would be doing which was nice. The first time she touched my feet it was like I was given a drug in surgery, so relaxing. She let me pick an essential oil to use, I chose sandalwood Young Living. She also gave me a choice of what kind of massage oil. She even gave me a choice of what music! She asked multiple times whether the pressure was OK and it was good, I asked for deep pressure. She has very slow tempo which I've never experienced before, but it was nice. I would say she leans more to the relaxation than therapeutic massage. She didn't spend as much time on my injury as I would've expected at a chiropractic massage establishment, but it was very relaxing. We had someone in Sioux Falls who failed to meet our expectations so we travel to Iowa for Russ and Ardie to help us. They are extremely helpful and kind and extremely reasonable in their services.
