The other hotel chain in the area was booked for the night, so I hadn't planned on staying here originally, but I look forward to returning. For a few dollars more a night I was able to get a king size bed, a little living room, and a kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge and freezer. Wifi was free - and fast. I was able to download a season of Mad Men while on skype and checking email. It isn't the most modern place as decorations go, but it has definitely been freshly painted and is well kept. Food recommendations were perfect. You can't beat the price. The staff are very friendly and are willing to go above and beyond for you. I went out to dinner and had a few drinks so I walked home -- the manager offered to let the local police know where my car was so it wouldn't get towed!

Rick and Lori were referred to us by a close friend who had seen his work. It was only 2 weeks…read morebefore the wedding when we met with Rick to see if he could film our wedding video. We didn't want a typical wedding video that was all Cinderella like- we wanted it to be real. We discussed Rick and Lori filming all the behind the scenes, kinda like the tv show Cop's. That was pretty much the only thing we told him. We said to be creative and let him do his thing. We were amazed at how great our video came out. We had a screening with all of our close friends and even though the video wasn't sappy, there wasn't a dry eye in the room. The video was beautiful. It was exactly what we wanted and we will cherish it forever. It's available to see if you'd like to check it out- I'm so proud to show it! DON'T STAY HERE. Jen and Tom, I feel so sorry for the way they get treated and they don't get paid near enough for I never see either of them sleep. They always look tired and worn to a frazzle.
