Upon arrival I noticed that a lady was on the phone speaking quite nasty to someone, so I stepped back. After she finished on the phone she then proceeds to speak to a parent sitting there about how she was sick & tired of other stupid parents. I then introduced myself & advices her that I had an appointment. She stated, "yeah". She then told me that I could look around the studios & see if I liked them but the girls my daughters age will not be there until another day. I told her that when we set up the appointment I stated that I wanted to see the girls my daughters age. She replied" yea , I know but this is the time I scheduled. You can look at the pictures on the wall & see if you like it here". She then walked away without saying one further word to me or my daughter. I looked at the pictures & peeked in the classroom and the instructor slammed the door in my face! As I headed towards the door I said to the owner thanks & her response was nothing! I have never been so disrespected by just ignoring me! Lol From what I did see the school sucked any way!!! I saw a class at the location further north across from McDonalds & yep, the teenage girls were not doing correct techniques. I dodged a bullet! So, thanks for ignoring me! I would have hated myself for placing my daughter there! sickled feet, Smh. Hope they don't brake their ankles!
