I had a ~10' conifer that I needed a price to transplant from the front to the back yard. Obv. having this done would only make sense if the cost to transplant was less than just buying a similar tree to plant in the back (then cutting down the one in front)[sorry, but as much as we like the current tree alive, it had to be an economic decision]. Short version of the story: I was quoted a very reasonable price to have the tree moved/transplanted, Mencos' crew (5 guys) was out the next day, and did a fantastic and quick job. Took them about 1.5 hours to dig out a big root cluster with dirt, strap the tree to a beam, and lug it to the back and re-plant it. Even shorter: I'd definitely hire them again for any tree work or landscaping, and plan on getting them back out to do a drip irrigation system for the front once we have it all planned and planted out.

He asked me to send him some photos and we corresponded to agree on price. He was available the next day, and we agreed on a time. He was there before I arrived, and installed the sign quickly and easily - it only took an hour! I was so impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness - and I have to admit, I actually still haven't heard back from a few of the other handymen and it's been days! Don was personable, knowledgeable and gave me a few options for installation, while also providing me with his opinion on the best one.
