If I could do zero stars I would. I always come into this store and it's fine, but the black women that was at the register tonight is absolutely rude. She does not greet when customers are entering, she doesn't pay attention to when people need assistance & her response when answering a question is so rude. It's clear she does not care whatsoever about the customers. If she doesn't like her job (because you can tell) then she should not be working there. The cheese machine was empty AND had no sign. When I asked her about it she was rude about it & shrugged her shoulders. Also I spoke to another attendant before and was told that sometimes that happens because the attendants are lazy about filling it up. Went in to buy snacks, and attendant was on the phone the whole time. I asked to use the restroom and they said no, which I thought was weird since the restroom was clearly marked as a public restroom for guests not only employees. When I was paying the attendant was still on the phone and the whole interaction wasn't friendly at all. I paid and left to put gas somewhere else. read more

DON'T COME HERE!!!! Customer service sucks. They keep hiring people here with attitudes!!! I go in there and no one is at the counter. I finally see someone mopping the floor so I ask if I can get gas. He doesn't look up to acknowledge me or say anything. HE JUST IGNORED ME!! He continues moping away from me so I say hello? Then he comes around the corner and told me don't give home an attitude. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. He's complaining that he's the only one here and he's in the back then he's in the back. Well the problem is he want in the back. He was taking his time so if you ignore me and take your time I'm taking it that you didn't see or hear me. If he would've just said I'll be there in a minute I wouldn't have said hello. He's telling me that I think I have the right to be yelling at him. I wasn't even easing my voice. Well they always seem to be closed after 11:00 PM with employees sitting in the store telling people that walk up to this 24 gas station and convenience store that they are closed. I ask "when will you open" and the response back was "when the sun comes up". I suppose the employee sitting inside is just the night watchman. I think I should apply for this easy job of sitting and doing nothing all night long and getting paid for it. I'm guessing the owner is ok with paying someone to just sit around all night doing nothing and not bringing in any revenue for 6-7 hours each night. This is by far the worst rebel gas station I have been to.. First of all not all of the employees are bad!! The assistant manager (heavy set black guy) sucks as a manager!! He should be fired!! No personality always seems not to want to help!! The other worker (heavy set black woman) is so rude! A few times I went in she was feeding her face at the register as she was ringing up customers!! They never seem to have anything organized!! fountain soda are is always a mess and they never have cups and covers that match!! They are just rude!! The gas attendant "ladies" were SO unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Nobody was in the store and I came in for gas and she just sat on the stepping stool talking drama and cursing with the other attendant and finally slowly stood up and walked up to the register still yelling and cursing with the other worker and didn't even acknowledge me or ask what I needed. Nothing. It's ghetto and unprofessional. The late night cashier men NEVER act like that. read more

The worst CSR ever. I went to this location twice within a week to get 100 octane fuel. Each time the same CSR refused to allow me to purchase the requested fuel. This 2nd time, we had words of interaction. The CSR showed total ignorance by not knowing the difference between Diesel fuel and Octane fuel even when I asked for the 100 octane three (3) times. I was refused service when I did not want to hear his uneducated opinion with curse words. I told him to shut up. Each time I had cash money to pay and had to deal with the unsolicited opinions of this CSR. To add insult on to being a really stupid individual, he stated he was going to pray for me. He was the one that would not shut up and cursing. This was the worst example of a CSR and a poor representative of how to treat customers or any person. read more

Don't stop here. They don't accept credit card for gas and they will charge you .35 cents to use your Debit ATM card for gas at the pumps. When asked about it they had no answer "well that is what it is". So a big fuck you to this store. read more

I'm from out of town and decided to get gas because I'm staying down the street and really needed gas. Well little did I know that they sell racing gas! (Who needs racing gas?! Never heard of it in California). Most pumps had "no service" bags over most of the damn pumps so I was pretty much left with whatever was available so I chose the stupid pump that offers "racing fuel" and didn't F**king realize that I was being charged 8.249 per gallon for it until I looked up at the damn sell point when it reached $88 that I stopped pumping. I was floored, unfortunately they couldn't do anything about the sale since it was already in my damn car. I'm so livid right now and can't even think straight. I mean how am I suppose to know to go the the other f**king side where they have regular gas at $2.something a gallon. If you're from out of town go to a more reliable place like chevron or shell so you aren't surprised by the craziness of strange gas places! Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Very poor service. There was 3 people behind the counter and none of them could help me because they said they are going thru a shift change. There was 4-6 people standing behind me and they were just as mad. I'm very disappointed in this stores performance. They also said they could not sell me cigarettes because of the shift change. I've been here once before because it is right around the corner from my home. The last time I used them I used my debit card at the gas pump and had my information stolen. It took me 10 days to get a replacement debit card. And when I went in to talk to the manager about the problem they had no idea of what I was talking about but they did have the pump that it happened on shut down for repair. This place caused 10-15 days of inconvenience. They are also very ghetto around there I even thought I seen a drug deal going on in the parking lot. And after I spoke with the manager just as soon as I walked out the door there was a vagrant at the front door begging for money. This place needs a armed security guard outside at all times. This place really feels unsafe I would never allow my family to stop in here or use them ever. They need to clean up there act and make there customers feel safe. read more
