I stop by this 7-Eleven fairly often on my way home from work, and it's honestly one of the better 7-Elevens in the area. This location consistently has a great array of products. Whether I'm grabbing drinks, snacks, or quick essentials, they're usually well stocked and organized. It's nice not having to hunt around the store to find what you need. One of the biggest highlights here are the deals. They frequently run 2-for-1 specials, and there is often a section with buy-one-get-one offers and items priced $5 and under, or something like that. You can definitely save money if you keep an eye out. The other day I picked up two huge waters and two drinks for only $5, which felt like a steal. The store can get busy, and the line does sometimes get long, especially during peak hours. That said, the cashiers do an excellent job keeping things moving. They are usually very quick and often open or manage two registers at once, which helps the line move much more smoothly than you'd expect. This 7-Eleven recently hired the worst clerk in convenience store history. He works on Sunday afternoons and He makes people wait if they buy cigarettes, wings, pizza or anything else from hbehind the counter that requires any physical effort on his part. He stands there looking stoned beyond any remaining ability to move around and gave me a refund rather reach to his right by 3 feet to retrieve what I purchased when I asked him why he would sell me what he already charged me for and he responded by flipping me the middle finger salute and stated "Get the fuck out of this store before I call the cops." Definitely a major hit to the value of this franchise when they hired this obnoxious asshole. read more

This review is for the outdoor gas thing. This was one of the cheaper places I found gas, but its gone up! The store is easy to find right on the corner and it has 4 pumps... oh my! One side of the area to pump gas is a little narrow but it suffices. The one thing I hate to do is go inside! If I pay with my card I'm obvi doing it for a reason! To not go inside! Ghetto, dirty and rude!! Gas pumps are old and don't work. Go anywhere but here. Don't waste your money or time. Credit card machines at the pumps don't work so they make you go inside. Isn't the whole point of paying at the pump is SO you don't have to go inside! Get your pumps fixed. read more

So lemme tell you guys what happened this morning... So I go to 7-11 (corner of Smoke Ranch and Rainbow) for some coffee. As I am waiting in line there is this African America boy in front of me. He hands the cashier a $20 bill and asks for change. The lady gets the bill and quickly asks him with a serious face "is it real?" Now that upset me cuz this kid got so shy was like "umm yeah I hope so" so she gives the kid the change and he leaves. I wasn't gonna say anything but my big ass mouth says "are you gonna ask me if my money is real too?" As I hand her $1 bill. She quickly gets upset "why would I?" I replied "you asked him" I stayed quiet as she ringing me up but she keeps talking saying "they don't make fake $1 bills" so I just told her "if you think a bill is fake you get a pen and mark it that's why you have pens you don't ask people if it's real" the other cashier came in and said "this isn't your business" and well she kicked me out but before that we both insulted each other a couple of times. Owner of this location was very rude to me. Because I told her to hold my transaction will I download my 7-11 app. She yelled at me and said "if you don't want anymore tell I but back. Your taking your sweet time " I responded to her and told her I told you I am downloading the application. " Then she yelled at me again. And said I don't care get out of my store if you don't buy". At this point I was very upset on how disrespectful she was. I told her you don't have to be so rude and nasty. And at this point I am not going to buy anything. Im here and wondering why are you taking smoke breaks right in front of the store. Like where they do that at? Its so unprofessional and makes it look terrible. It's a 7/11 which is pretty generic convenience store but the staff here is fantastic. I stop in quite often and they are courteous, plus if they have any specials going on (especially with anything that includes coffee) they let me know to get the best value. I often get coffee for my office and if there is a specific type of coffee that is empty, the staff has always made me a fresh pot. Great service and the gas prices are generally lower then most places are in area. read more

I assume the lady that was behind the counter was the store owner. She didn't help me but was extremely rude to the young lady in front of me. I don't want to assume cause she was black but you never know. The girl had a $100 bill, and wanted to pay for gas and buy a bag of candy. She tells her oh I cant take that put it in the machine and come back I'll give u change. The girl steps out of line comes back to get the change and the lady sends her off (she left the candy) she comes back in and the first thing the lady says is"you understand I cant give u change right???" Very rudely. The girl says I know I came to pay for gas and get my candy. She takes her money and tells her its too late to buy the candy and get out. They now are arguing because she refused to help her. She tells the other cashier who is helping me to kick her out and proceeds to call the girl uneducated while rolling her eyes and waving her away. I went here the night before the clerk was very rude and a racist!!! I requested a bag for my items he proceed to ignore me and walked off to help someone else. So I asked again only for him to make a comment can you comb your hair(I have dreads)? I then asked him excuse me and he repeated himself. They are privately owned so I will be connecting the manager or owner of the store to make a complaint!!! And to my understanding this was not the first time he has made a comment about someone race. Older guy name Ed smh he most be new because I have lived over here since 2012 and often come into the store never had a problem til I ran into him!! I usually go to this 7/11 because its convenient. I went to put gas (10:30pm on 2/27/13) an get a few things and a female clerk named Kelly was working the register. She was obviously having a bad night because as soon as she got on the register, she was cursing. She used the "F" word at least 6 times within 2 minutes of me standing there. Might I add, there were several customers in the store. I felt that was very unnecessary and horrible customer service. Who curses like that in front if customers?
