I went in and I obviously looked confused as I was approached by three members of MAC staff, luckily I was armed with my phone and had notes to refer to whilst looking at all the make-up. The staff couldn't have been more understanding, firstly understanding that I didn't have a clue what I was talking about and secondly patient. Anyway they eventually helped me purchase a Palette. I think I got as much kudos for getting the present on my own as I did for the actual gift. Men, take note! No longer shall you be afraid to venture in to the world of cosmetics!

My all time favourite product of theirs is the hand cream which, 100% honestly, is like a miracle cream, no lie, after hardly any use of it I had the softest most baby like hands ever. (Something to do with shea butter I'm told) Ah it's so great. That's only their hand cream, they sell loads of simply amazing products in a heavenly serene atmosphere. Through research of the shop I've learnt two really impressive things, first that they use Braille labelling to make their products accessible to visually impaired people and second since 2005 they have created 100% certified-organic products on a regular basis.
