These people should not own a business. They are literally never open. I've gotten three different explanations. None of them make any sense. Like it's a smoke shop. You're supposed to open up in the morning every day and close in the evening. These people aren't open most afternoons. They claim that they open up in the morning every now and again and sometimes they'll leave at two. In like the last year I've been there once because they've been open one time. They are four minutes from my house. At this point, I feel they should sell the business to someone who's actually going to use the location. This is just bad for the local economy. They're losing money they're taking up space. Nothing is getting sold because their customers never know when they're gonna be open. This isn't as hard as they're making it and I really hope the ownership reads this and like starts keeping normal hours or consider selling the smoke shop. I would put in an offer. read more

I would give 10 stars if I could. Kind, helpful staff waiting with suggestions and no pressure/expectations. I was treated so poorly by a shop nearby for help in pain/ inflammation. I have been treated like gold ever since. Employees and owner are helpful/positive and happy to help. I will not go anywhere else. They are local, unique and are so kind. read more

Unprofessional business. I highly recommend going to a REAL vape shop or just someplace else in general, they DON'T put warnings and ingredients on the vape juice labels they make, they don't tax some of the vape juice and cigarette's they sell, they don't wear gloves when making the vape juice, the prices are ridiculous, they store beer in a fridge out on the sales floor that they drink behind the counter, and overall its just a shady place to do business. read more

I stopped into this store after a bad experience at another local smoke/vape shop. I am quitting smoking and was sold a fake ecig at another area shop. The customer service here is superb. They took the time to explain how to spot a fake ecig and they do sell the real deal...with a warranty. Not like the other shop that sold my a flunky clone that was overheating and not charging. They take the time to explain things here which to a novice...is most welcoming. They make all their juice here which is free of preservatives and tastes much better. The owner even took the time to come out and shake my hand. read more

I don't understand what the bad reviews are all about. Mostly, there are complaints that the store didn't have what they were expecting. It isn't a cigar shop and it isn't a vape shop it is a smoke shop. It has cigars and vape supplies, but it also has equipment and accessories to roll your own cigarettes. The prices are low. The prices are actually 50% lower than the prices on bagged tobacco at the place I used to go. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable , and I am absolutely going to return. They have made a new customer for life! read more

This is definitely not what I expected when I walked in, but in a good way. If you vape or smoke and live in the area I highly suggest taking a look into this place. The prices were fair and the service was good. It's just like Primal in Springfield, maybe a little smaller. read more

Nice place, great service.... ridiculously overpriced cigars. Probably the most expensive I have ever seen anywhere outside of a casino. The cigar I was looking for was 50% more than the highest I had ever seen before. read more
