Glad that I made a reservation the day prior. It was fully booked out. I arrived 20 min prior. Was able to get mat, towel rentals (first visit with free rentals). The front desk gave a good overview of the studio. Once you walk in, to the right are cycling rooms, change rooms/shower rooms. To the left was the yoga studio. They offer a good variety of accessories, cork blocks or soft blocks. Etc. I didn't see foam roller but I could have missed it completely. Mat and mat towels are good. But it is common rental mat issue with some smells. The mat towel comes with good grip. Prana flow was good with excellent breath work. The chanting was greatly appreciated too. I found the fellow students seem to have practiced for a while. Some with great techniques and postures. Teacher here was awesome too. This seems to be a solid choice in Santa Fe. Glad that I found it and get to stretch out while in town.

When an injury prevented me from continuing, she guided me to another teacher at the studio, Shawn where her mayo fascial class did more to repair my injuries than a year of physical therapy. It also gave me new hope for what was going to be possible for me in the future, including not needing a surgery. The studio is beautiful, very well run, and their online registration works flawlessly. The little shop in the studio is well curated too. I highly recommend Yoga Source. They are the kindest sweetest nicest people here and all they want to do is share their love of Yoga with the community at large. The drop in fees are cheap, very cheap. They have daily happy hour yoga for $5, and some days they have it twice. Just go to their website, which has the full schedule, lists bios of all the instructors, and gives the fee structure. I'm not a perfect yogi but feel comfortable here both with skilled yogis and beginners in most classes. Over the last 8 months I've practiced here several times a week. Many different practice options to choose from. Always kind thoughtful mostly skilled teachers who really love yoga. Julie is definitely a favorite of the community. Her classes are full. I've noticed her practice is never the same and she is in the zone while teaching. She's a hands on instructor always watching her students and encouraging us to give just a bit more as we use our breath to move. If your visiting you must attend her class as a treat to yourself. You will leave uplifted and inspired! If you cannot make Julie's class do not miss out as other teachers will not disappoint. Truly a community studio for all!

Head coach and owner, Lorenzo expertly coached on form. Coach Adria's energy and expertise brings magic to the morning. Coach Nick does a great job guiding you through the workout. I have been here once for an outdoor spin class on the weekend. It was great! The bikes were in the…read moreparking lot in front of the studio. I think there were about 10 people total in the class. There were two speakers playing music. The bikes are typical spin bikes and can be used with Tiem shoes. The instructor was very friendly introducing herself to me and me to the class. The drop in classes are $18 and there are packs available. I really liked the music as it was classic divas. I have been used to classes with more instructor talking but I was really enjoying being outside and the music.
