Never quoted any pricing for services (which I repeatedly asked for) and she was extremely rude. My bill was more than I pay in LA when I got done. It took over a year to grow it out (the bad cut) and I paid a ton for color correction once back in LA. I was pressured by 2 other stylists who gave me their card to GO to THEM while the stylist walked away! Unprofessional! I had another service here which I won't state exactly what but let's just say I am now a good candidate for "Botched." Also this place is dirty and depressing. No more Alpena salon services for me. I should have just gone to Walmart, lol. Couldn't be worse.
