My appointment time was 30 minutes past & there were no customers waiting. I didn't mind too much because they had a massage chair to sit in-- needed! Ha. The lady took care of my nails (assuming the owner). She put two layers of base coat down (never had that before), two of the original nail polish and the top coat. She used the spray to quicken the dry time. I don't necessarily like that because I feel it causes a weird finish to the nails. There appears to be far too many bubbles in the finished product. Furthermore, I wore flip flops in and how there is an imperfection in my pedicure is beyond me... When I went to the pedicure station, the water was already full and it looked like there was something floating in it. I asked the guy if he changed the water and he said yes. So I put my feet in... when he took my foot out of the tub, I put my foot on a damp/wet foot towel. I know a woman just got her feet done there and shame on me for not paying attention, but he may have wiped his wet hands on that towel. So I left it... the clean up on the toes nails were pretty good. But he took out a pumice stone and a hand wash rag and used those then "cleaned" them in my dirty foot bath. I honestly thing the cleanliness of this place is not good at all. I went here out of desperation and I will know to never do that again. I paid $60 for a basic manicure and pedicure. Sorry for no photos!
