But they did give us coupons for buy one get fifty percent off on Hey Dudes, Clark's, Pumas and one other designer I can't remember. So, of course I had to look at the entire stock of the on-sale designers and bought a pair of Hey Dudes and a pair of Clarke's sneakers...I paid a little over a hundred using the coupon, which I thought was an ok deal, especially as I had not intended to buy two pairs of shoes. I told her what I needed and she suggested something I hadn't thought of but should have known myself.....this is the place if you have recurring foot problems due to frequent injuries or too many sports. They're knowledgeable and care about getting you the right thing, even if it took two tries. Also, they can do an x-ray type thing to help diagnose what shoe you need which also taught me a lot about finding the right shoe everywhere

I haven't received my shoes for a couple weeks already and so I called the store to find out where…read moreit is. They told me that they don't have a system to search for the purchase at their store, which is pretty ridiculous. I had to call a customer service number. Then, the number they gave me to call was some survey company which frustrated me even more that I had to go find it online. Then when I called, they said it was picked up on the 13th of October from the post office. I remember specifically that I told the employee at the store when I purchased the shoes that it was not P.O. Box. It's going to a college and just need the college address and a box number. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for the investigation.
