Worst customer service. Second day in a row I've gone there to get gas for 2 different vehicles. Both times were around 7pm. Both times I went to go wash my windows and Both times the buckets were dry as a bone. The first time the guy behind the counter actually told his coworker to get some of the cleaner from the back and at least shecame out with a cup of water with a cleaning packet dumped in it. Good enough. The second time, the manager or assistant manager told me she had no cleaner for the buckets so I asked her for at least some water. She just replied" I have nothing for them" I asked her " you don't have any water?" To which she just said no. Typical lazy bitch stuff. She and I both know there was an employee bathroom, with a sink that she could have gotten some from. But no she wouldn't move her lazy ass to help anybody. That's why it's vegas is the worst state in terms of customer service. The worst! None of the business owners or their employees give a shit about anything, much less a paying customer. It's like everyone who lives here goes out of their way to show you how much they don't care about customer service. I've lived here for 10 years now and it's always been the same. The first day we were here we went to Walmart and our cashier never once even looked at us, never mentioned a word, and set my change on the counter, all without looking up. I know I could waste my time calling arco's corporate office but really, what for? Would anything change? Would they call the station to tell them to make sure there is water in the window washing buckets? I hardly think so. If I got to talk to an actual person all they would say is" well first of all sir I wanted to apologize for th way you were treated, I want you to know that's not our policy and we will be speaking with them about the situation and we thank you for your business" then they would hang up and that would be it. Went to buy gas at this station because the price on the sign was low. My bf filled the tank and then he realized it was $7.939/gal. It was racing fuel and without realizing it, it cost $82.00 for 10.2 gal. The girls working inside took no responsibility for not marking the pump clearly. The # they gave me to complain to 909-215-4410 was even ruder. Buyer beware. You could easily spend your grocery $ on a few gallons of VERY EXPENSIVE gas. read more

ARCO took it over but it's still just as dirty and scummy as before! Today I went in to get a receipt (pumps are always out of paper) and there was one woman behind the counter who was too busy playing grab-ass with her boyfriend to take care of customers. Gas never tells you when your tank is full and then it ends up leaking all over my car

I went to this store at 8:17, the two ppl (worker) said they was close. Than a man came out said the changing shift. I went next door to Chevron the customer in there said she was waiting for two hour had to push her car to Chevron for gas. Two workers a male in female. I call to get the corporate number the male answer the phone like he was at home. The female yelling in the background say we don't have a corporate number, than got on the phone and said we don't have a corporate office. I'll never spend a dollar in this store. 2nd time I've ever been in the Store in My Life the first time I was in there the lady that was there ring me up as a debit and it charges $0.35 and she was like oh I can do it as a credit and it won't charge you that I'm like oh thanks please so I go in there today 6:15 with my fourteen-year-old son and there's a gentleman working when I get up there I asked him can you please bring it up as credit to avoid the $0.35 charge he said I wish you would stop crying about the $0.35 charge they all f****** nope sorry they all Charge It First you going to curse at me and tell me that I'm crying and then you going to run my card the wrong way to wear Chase actually text me and says are you committing fraud did you run your card for this amount at the store this dude is punching in the wrong numbers to make the card declined and slamming the card back on the counter I said just run it as a debit I have to go I'll pay the $0.35 I said you're insinuating that I don't have money in my card he's like wrong card no it's not the wrong card there's $1,500 in that f****** card run it as a debit I'll pay the $0.35 I got to go my son has to get to school now you're yelling at me we're two adults oh no you cursed at me first you started this s*** what a way to treat your customers. read more
