Called last week to get new lawn service for one of my rental properties. They informed me they'd send someone out for a quote and call me back. Didn't hear back. Called back today. We will be looking elsewhere for lawn crews after asking them come out and trim our holly bushes and coming home to find that they had chopped off all of our gorgeous 6ft Mexican Feather grass that surround our patio and create a hedge for our courtyard all through the fall and winter. The holly bushes were not touched. I am still sick over it. These are not supposed to be cut until new growth starts to occur in the spring and cutting them too early before the winter can cause damage to the plant. The only thing that was offered to us was "no charge" for the work they had done. As if we would pay for them to chop down our perfectly good landscaping that we did not ask for in the first place? Not to mention the chopped grasses are all uneven. This has been so incredibly upsetting. Will be looking for a smaller company with a much better attention to detail and I'd encourage everyone else to do the same. They do not care about handling your lawn with care and clearly lack the knowledge to know the difference between a dwarf Holly bush and 6ft tall maiden grass. read more

It would be my suggestion to use them so hired them for my mother in law who has Alzheimer's home they were kind to her came out early only charged $82.10 for a huge yard and since the yard is not watered it's basically dead that didn't come back out and rip her off. This company sucks, mostly. The irrigation services guy was great but the lawn service people and office people suck. I was told my lawn would be serviced on 7-24-20, then told it would be serviced on 7-27 and then told it would be serviced on 7-28. Now I'm told it will be 7-29. At this point I seriously doubt my lawn will be serviced on 7-29. No one seems to have a clue what is going on in this company. I do not recommend this company in anyway. read more

The service itself (leaf removal) was great. The crew did a really good job. The communication, however, was not so great. I was told I would be contacted after I accepted the online quote but I never was. I had to call the office to find out I was on the schedule already for that very day before I ever spoke with anyone. Then I was charged WAY more than the quote had stated. I have enjoyed the service in the past and they have always followed up with me on any outstanding issues. (Unlike the company I used this year) When they say complete they really mean it... Complete lawn care started out ok for us at a decent price but toward the end of last year they would treat the lawn and would still have weeds afterwards. I called for a spot treatment which they did but the following treatment weeds returned. I also had a hook on my gate for the back yard so the kids could not get to the front yard and that was never replaced when they came and many times didn't get the gate shut. read more

I would be very cautious with this company. I tried calling several times to get a quote, I also filled the form out online. When I got no responses from these attempts I tried their online portal. I simply asked for an estimate for my lawn and now I have an invoice for $50. After several calls and little explanation I still owe the company money. Apparently they came by and did my lawn, 3 days after I had paid another company to do it. So now Im stuck with a $50 invoice and a lawn that didn't even need work....pretty fishy way of doing business. I don't know many local business that can get away with behavior like this. read more

I did not have a good experience with these people. Don't sign up for any web based services because they won't turn them off over the phone. They would always say they would but came back again AFTER they were told on the phone not to come back. They SAID they would credit the charge for one service but INSTEAD came after me for both instances they mowed even though they came out unasked at least one of those times. To top it off, they mowed down 2 blueberry bushes!!! They acted like that never happened, of course. I thought the men that mowed did a good job but the website I think is deceptive. I am not at all satisfied with the treatment I received and urge anyone with a brain to avoid these people. read more

After 11 years with True Green, my yard had gone from mediocre to dead. Patrick from Complete Lawn came over and together we decided to sod part and seed part of my lawn. It now looks great! After the seeding, they came out every two weeks and reseed the spots that weren't quite keeping up with the growth. One area the sod died, and Patrick brought a small piece of sod that blended in and made the front of our house look awesome. They are so responsive to our needs, I even called in a Sunday to leave a message and got a real person! Highly recommend these guys! We are now using them for mowing, pest control and bed maintenance. They do everything! read more

The initial service we requested went well and we were so pleased that we signed up for more services. However, we requested a leaf removal and lawn clean up and it NEVER happened. I called no less then 3 times and even requested the service online to see if that would help. Signed the bid and got a date but no one came. I left several voicemails which we're not returned. I think our request ended up in a black hole. We have moved on and will not be using complete lawn care again. :( read more
