We were on our first bike ride back in the saddle and happened across the shop owner. He talked to us briefly about our Trek pedal-assist bikes that we bought 3 years ago and hadn't put 10 miles on. He asked if we had updated our firmware, which we knew nothing about. Today, we went in and got the firmware updated so affordabley that I don't think the price was fair to himself. hes just the nicest guy. He loves what he does and being a blessing to others. I'm thankful we've met him and am thankful to have a new "trusted bike shop".
