Absolutely love, LOVE this place! We had my daughter's second birthday party here a few weeks ago and it was pretty much perfect. We were able to reserve the whole right side of the cafe, which was great because we had a surprising number of guests. The open tab at the cafe was great so all our adult friends could caffeinate and chase their young ones around. There was plenty of space to play and extra rooms for coats and gifts. The staff was lovely. I don't think they were totally informed on what the cafe was meant to provide for the party, as plates and cutlery were a bit of a scramble for a few moments (in the party info it mentioned these would be provided). But honestly it wasn't a big deal at all as the two people running the cafe were more than happy to help accommodate us in any way they could. I think we were supposed to do a craft, but that never happened. I'm sure if I had mentioned it one of the staff members would've organized the activity but honestly, trying to wrangle a bunch of 2-4 year olds to focus on one task would've been a nightmare. All in all, I think Rebe's is fantastic value for a birthday party. We had 36 adults/kids, rented out the entire righthand side of the cafe, and provided coffees/drinks/snacks. The total was less than $400. My daughter can't wait to go back and play more! read more

So much love for this place! I've been waiting to take my 14 month old here since opening and we finally got our chance. Despite all of the positive reviews and looking into it, actually stepping into Rebe's was a breath of fresh air. The play area is huge, and there is so much to do--blocks, farm animals, a slide, the infamous ball pit... The food is great too! I never knew how much coffee shops were lacking as far as kid-friendly options before entering this place. My girl is semi-picky these days and we easily found snacks for her. Everything is relatively cheap and delicious. We will be back often! read more

This place is super awesome for kids, not as much if you're an adult trying to get work done. I liked to take the little girl I nanny here and get some school done while I played. It was nice the first few times but for some reason the wifi absolutely never works. The food is good and very affordable! It's a great space for children to have fun and play, just don't expect to be able to do work or school unless you have a personal hotspot. read more

What a fun play cafe! The facility is clean and the employees were friendly. Both my 5 year old and 1 year old had a blast!

My almost 3 year old and I were feeling cabin fever-y today and all our regular inside spots were closed for the holiday, which led us to Rebe's for the first time. It is *brilliant*. They've got lots of space, tons of toys, kid-friendly snacks, and caffeinated beverages for the parents. I didn't grab a drink for myself this time, but look forward to popping over some morning soon and doing so. I can't believe there aren't more spots like this -- it was the perfect solution to feeling cooped up in the cold months. read more

I love this place! My kids are 1 and 3 and they love coming here to play. They have several rooms full of toys that are appropriate for babies, toddlers, and young kids. There is a nice small menu of drinks and snacks for both adults and kids. The staff are always very friendly. It does get pretty busy here sometimes on weekends (at least in the winter), so just plan accordingly if you would rather avoid the crowds. read more

This place is so great! I am so glad they opened it. We need more places for people with kids to hang out; that is, more places that make it easier for people with kids (newborns, infants, toddlers...) to get out of the house and enjoy themselves, have a good time, even relax! My 16-month old twins were in a MOOD this afternoon and so we headed over to Rebe's for a change of scenery. What a delightful place! The play area is huge and is full of toys appropriate for the 0-5 crowd. The ball pit was the biggest hit for my girls today but they also have foam climbing blocks, Pikler triangle, activity cube, books, Legos, Magna Tiles, and more. The cafe offers coffee, ice cream, bottled/canned beverages, and many kid-friendly snacks all at very reasonable prices. Definitely will be back here, especially in the winter. read more

There are truly not enough words to say how incredible Rebe's is! We've been going most weekends, and the owner is absolutely lovely. It's a gorgeous playroom with so many toys for all ages (magnatiles, train set, ball pit, tummy time mat, play kitchen, duplo, lego, and so so many more!) accompanied by a coffee shop. The coffee is delicious and I love that they have a huge varity of snacks (baked goods, ice cream, cheese/crackers/pretzels, fruit pouches, pretty much anything your kid can dream of). Truly one of the best spots in the city if you have kids. An absolute must visit! read more

Such a cool place for little ones. Enjoyed a few hours here with my toddler and he wanted to stay even longer. Great selection of toys , even got to play a few board games. What a sweet place to take our toddler! Public places that are truly friendly towards really young kids have felt hard to come by, but Rebe's is a standout in that regard. We bring our 2 yr old here regularly, especially in the winter when all of us need an escape from our own living rooms, and have never had anything but a lovely time. This was our first visit, my kids (5and 3) immediately walked in, saw the play area, took off their shoes and jackets and went to play. It had a feel like we were at a friends house. They had a blast with all the toys and meeting new friends. We ordered hot chocolate, unicorn milk, Italian soda, iced mocha, snack box, and turkey, cheese bagel. The drinks were good, snack box fresh, and they warmed up the bagel sandwich. We will be back! read more
