There were probably 20 people in the room which did make it a little hard to feel like you could interact with the cats but we still got in plenty of pets. We also lingered a bit at the end. I did notice that the hour after us only had 2 people with another 2 that came a little late. So if we go again I would not book the first time slot. Coffee drinks in the cafe area were good. If you take them into the lounge expect the cats to be a bit curious! Overall this place seems worth a fun outing. It's a little pricy to interact with cats but the money goes towards a good cause.
