After having it back for a month or so I noticed it was starting to come apart at the DCjack area. I went back to WASH PC and was told it was just a screw that had came out. About another month went by and it started coming apart at the DC jack again. I took it back to WASH PC. I was told that it would cost ME upwards of $60.00 for them to fix it!! I was astounded. Never have I taken the back off of my computer! Whatever the problem was causing this stems from whatever WASH PC did when inside the computer! And now expect ME to pay for it! I got no reaction what so ever when I told them I wasn't a satisfied customer! Guess I am SOL for expecting them to have the integrity to stand behind their work! I am posting this via my phone, since my computer is dead and can't charge it at all now after I picked it up! (And I could charge it when I took it to them this last time!) I would NOT recommend you take your computer there or it may end up costing you a brand new one! UPDATE.. WASH PC told me that I dropped it or broke it somehow and are trying to get a free fix! Is that really who you would want to entrust your computer to? NOT!

Getting a new cell phone wasn't an option, so I decided to try Dr. Fix It and I am very pleased with the result! Dr. Fixit replaced the battery in my IPhone 6s for a very reasonable cost and in a very timely manner. He is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Fixit did a great job. The process was convenient and so easy! He also offered to recycle my old battery, so I didn't have to worry about it. My battery health is now 100%. I'm really glad Dr. Fixit was able to replace my battery for a fraction of what it would've cost to replace the phone.
