It turns out they are responsible for a billing error from 6 month ago but still think I should pay them (They only informed of this error 2 months ago). Their employee had my credit card on file was responsible for charging me automatically. That that person failed to charge me is not my responsibility. Can you imagine a company expending hours and hours of staff time trying to collect $60? Now they're saying if I don't pay it'll go to collections. When I try to talk to a supervisor they refuse to put me in touch with them. And what did I get from my first review from the company? "Contact us on line and we'll help". Sure? Not!
