The sauna is not a space miracle as well but offers a breathtaking view in southern direction when the weather is clear. The Spa also offers some massage capabilities, a steam bath, a gym and a relaxation area around the pool. Everything's nice but a bit smaller than normal. The view totally apologizes for the fact that you might want to wait a while till the sauna is empty again (what could take some time if you go there in the late afternoon)! Could be kind of jam-packed at some point! My gilfriend liked a massage (a gift coupon from my humble self) while I was relaxing on one of the deck chairs. I can recommend the spa for a fast recreation, especially if you live nearby and can just come over!! Prices are fair. 3 stars due to little space and the limited range of possibilites. The food was uninspired and I think the lady working there was told that her job is to make sure the glasses, bottles, etc. behind the counter are all arranged perfectly and spotless, and if she has time after all that and doesn't have anything else at all she can think of to do, then she can look up and find out what the annoying customers want and then as quickly as possible throw it down in front of them with a huff and return to her regular duties. I'd just come from a week in a slightly run-down hotel in Cologne amid hot and humid weather. Arriving at the 25h after that and the adventure of plowing through the crowds at the train station was like stepping into another universe: a calming air-conditioned oasis with cool art and friendly people. I was so happy with the room that I didn't budge that first evening, opting for snacks and the cozy bed in favor of exploring the city. The next morning, I enjoyed a light breakfast in the hotel and then prepared to hit the streets for a few hours before heading to the airport - now, those streets are a little bit sketchy, even for this city-living city lover. But that's only for a few blocks. In retrospect I'd be a bit cautious about this neighborhood in the dark though. Wouldn't you know it, it was starting to rain as I got ready to go - but of course, they had umbrellas at the desk. I felt well taken care of. "Well taken care of" really sums up my whole experience at the 25h. I wasn't there for long, but will unquestionably look forward to staying here the next time I'm in Frankfurt.
