Bottom line is that I wish i had known about this shop at the beginning of my project, as it would have saved me a lot of time, and helped me see that I could afford to get our kitchen redone. The team made the process as easy as they could and worked with me every step of the way through all of the challenge I encountered with my contractor. And when coordinating with contractors become never ending they went above and beyond and made accommodations to keep my project on track. We did 2 projects a bathroom in blue cabinets and then a kitchen in mocha maple, countertops included in both projects. THe unikraft lakewood team made these projects possible for us, from layout and design to assembly of the cabinets, delivery, and countertop install. They also made sure that we had what we needed when we needed to sort out some late uncovered details in the project. If there is anything that is limiting in their service it is maybe the available variations in the product. For us that was not a primary concern. I recommend working with this team on any remodels that you might be considering. I think you will discover that they are affordable projects if you start here with unikraft. I am looking at one more project now because UNikraft has made it possible to fit one more project into my budget.

Secondarily- they forgot a shelf in one of my cabinets. I asked if they could drop one off when in the area (no rush). They replied that it's my issue and I needed to come pick it up. They also questioned me lying about it. Can someone remind me- who lies about an extra piece of wood LOL? This company is pathetic. Would love to hear a managers reply to this shit show.

The website is easy to navigate and the actual showroom is very impressive. We made an appointment with Space Planner, Nate and he came out to our home to take measurements of our actual space and to give us some ideas on how to configure the space we could comfortably share. He drew up a schematic with suggestions for length of counters, the height, where to place file drawers, and a storage tower we had our eye on. We chose a light colored laminate with black accents and drawer pulls. We also added an extra rolling file cabinet for my husband's side. There was a bit of a glitch when the installers came out the first time as a counter was too long on one side of the room and had to be cut down, adding about 3 weeks to the completion time. It was a bit frustrating to wait so long but we understood. After the initial installation, we decided to add extra shelves in the storage tower and add another locking 3-file drawer unit to my side. Since all of the furniture is custom made, it was another few weeks of waiting. Add to that Harris WorkSystems being short-staffed and issues with the supply chain, we remained patient and knew it would all work out. Communication and updates from Nate during this time was a tad unsatisfactory but we are very happy with the end result. Exceptional quality and within budget. We highly recommend Harris Worksystems and are considering having them design a workspace for my home art studio next.

The one bad review was lacking a lot of detail so we kind of passed it by . We chose Judson Roy and have been very satisfied with them over the years and I am happy to say that many of our friends in the new home , rehab and real estate businesses in the Portland area are also using them ! They are always on time , above board and their designs always make home buyers feel like they are home the minute they walk in the door.

When we went onsite to PNW Closets, Kurt and Amanda gave us a tour of their facility, showed how the products would be made on site (vs. outsourced to China like the big shops do), showed how organized they were, how they paid attention to every detail. We sat down inside, went through the few designs they had done for configurations and decided we were going to sleep on it.
