As an exercise enthusiast and a nursing student, I know the intensity of juggling academics while managing a household. I've faced the struggle of feeling like I’m constantly giving to everyone else but neglecting my well-being. But deep down, I’ve always had the desire to reclaim my strength—not just for myself but to set an example for my children. This journey has fueled my passion for helping others discover their own strength and resilience. I believe that every mother deserves the opportunity to prioritize her health and well-being. History

Established in 2025.

For the past 30 years, fitness has been a vital part of my life, evolving alongside my personal journey. I started working out in the gym with my grandmother, discovering the benefits of hot yoga. Working out at home with my boys cheering me on taught me the importance of staying active no matter where I am. I've tried programs like Beachbody, HOTWORX, and Planet Fitness, and I know the challenges of juggling fitness with family. It's okay to take a step back—what matters is getting back on track. I currently train six days a week at Fit Body Boot Camp, embracing the camaraderie of working out. Beyond the gym, I love Pilates, kayaking, hiking, and competing in Spartan races. Looking ahead, I’m excited for Ragnar races and trail running. Remember, staying active is about community and resilience. Let’s motivate each other and celebrate our achievements—no matter how small!

I know what it feels like to reclaim my happiness through movement and exercise. Whether it's hiking, kayaking, or going to the gym, I cherish the ability to be my best self.
