I was severely injured by a…read morePT Assistant whom I had already requested not to see, because I could tell she was not understanding what I needed as a 70- year -old woman with a complicated proximal humerus fracture. One of her first statements was ' We don't play around here' and mentioned surgery which is fully outside her standard of care. I took my name off all further appointments with her, and then her supervisor, Natalie, who I was supposed to see came out one day and took someone else back and I got put in with this gal, Sarah, who I well knew was not a good idea to work with. I was treated very forcefully, and overworked completely. She then made me do some exercises I should never have been doing which further injured me. My whole arm and shoulder immediately got swollen and very painful, and it had been doing relatively fine before. I went to my orthopedic surgeon and he ordered an MRI and said, yes it had been severely injured, and that I am now behind one year in healing. This has totally impeded any further progress being made at this time and changed my whole life. In my opinion, this practitioner should not be treating people, as it is very unsafe and reckless treatment behavior.

I don't throw that term out often but I will give it to her because she deserves it! She is upbeat, smart, gets you advancing in rehab and no fluff about it! The PTAs I've had have all been great as well! Front desk is also on point. Overall, I like what I see, I've been told my expectations are high and these ladies have met them! Side note, if you ever experience working with a PT and you don't think you're seeing improvement or their not pushing you enough, say something or go elsewhere. PT is a fabulous art in healthcare and there are lots of variation in this skill.

The rooms are pleasant and the vibe friendly, although Jill and the staff are attractive and fit enough to make me a little jealous Or a lot jealous. At therapy in Newport Beach they started my sessions with hot stones on my back, and I felt both somewhat inadequate and even slightly less than stylish, but here at Greg's, where they put me right on the treadmill, I feel cared-for. I've developed a working relationship with Becky who is their most experienced therapist. She is very good at her job but her schedule can get full. There are several there who are completely capable as well as a cadre of capable assistants. If you're willing to put in the work they will help you there. They have a clean facility and sanitize everything throughout the day. Masks are required by the state so be prepared for that. It's not optimum but it is what it is.

Harada has been the greatest location for me and after trying 2 other Therapy locations I'm so glad to have found the best place in town.
