When I informed him of this, he turned around and called child protective services! But his accusations were unfounded and carried no weight. My case has since been closed! Be very leery. PMHNP Gale does not have your best interest at heart. The only thing he cares about is lining his own pockets. Todd Gale had my children on three different medications. Gabapentin, amantadine and hydroxizine. Do your diligence before taking your children to see NP Gale. However, I did lodge a complaint with the child abuse hotline here in Oregon. They are currently investigating Building Blocks Mental Health. Specifically PMHNP Gale for his wrongdoing. Hopefully they suspend his license for his conduct and take away his right to practice medicine for good. He has a superiority complex where you are met with skepticism, bullying tactics and false accusations. Someone like this has no right treating little kids. Do not be DUPED!!!

What a joke!!! If you have options for your physicals for work choose somewhere else. They charge…read more$180 to see their doctor who can't even complete the paperwork. What kind of MRO doesn't know they have to sign the bottoms of every sheet in the physical packet and the complete the physicians section on the last page that includes their license number? Then they charge $150 for what they call a physical capacity test and make you do a separate appointment so that one sheet of the physical packet can be completed. So for my husband and son who had them done three weeks ago I've paid $660 to have to beg for the paperwork. Of which I was lied to about saying they mailed on April 29 when I just received it and the postage stamp says May 1. The paperwork isn't even completed because the doctor and her office staff are incompetent and can't get it right. I called Friday morning asking them to correct and get it back to me via email the same day and yes you guessed it not done. This is the worst medical office I have ever experienced. I will drive to Portland before I ever go here again.
