I'd expressed my concern of wanting to proceed until I'd consulted with a neurologist and I only used this office originally for the cheap next day X ray when no real doctors were able to get me in quickly. Turns out that because I did not agree to go forward and continue with my proposed treatment plan that what I was told and under the assumption was part of my "zero cost today consultation" was billed for $125 dollars. I called to pay my balance and express my concern that this felt like I was duped and I had to sign my agreement after the services were already done, though I did not actually want or need chiro work as I'm dealing with an AI issue and now moving out of state for treatment of that. Had I not been spoken to the way that Dr Michael just spoke to me I'd have paid my balance and gone on with my day but I feel that the attitude and blaming me for not understanding their procedure warranted writing this review. If you're not 100% certain you want or need to go forward with chiro work, be wary going forward with Integral wellness or you'll get yelled at for being confused by their procedure and have to pay anyway. Balance is paid, I wasn't seeking free work I couldn't afford, I wanted to explain my concern and was basically told "too bad, you got it wrong not us, now pay up" I hope you're extra $125 dollars is worth this 1* review.

My initial checkup left a lot to be desired in terms of professionalism, expedience, and the general quality of care. The entire establishment seems to be run like it's still 1982. To top that off, I recently received a notice that my account was being sent to collections despite having no contact with them for nearly a calendar year. I tried calling them immediately, but apparently they close at 1:00 PM on Friday. I'm assuming the bill was likely lost in the mail, but that's no excuse as Dr. Cote and staff made absolutely no effort to contact me via the other more reliable methods they recorded (phone, email, text, etc.) to inform me that I had an outstanding balance. Now I'm dealing with a collections agency and frivolous, needless damage done to my credit report. I cannot recommend this establishment in any way, shape, form, or fashion and would advise you to find somewhere else more reputable and professional if you're seeking a PCP.

I had a stroke that's why I had dropfoot so the convalescent home that was taking care of me came down there at 11:30 at night if I'm remembering correctly to find out why I wasn't getting my medication and they took care of me bye contacting the ambulance company and getting them sooner than what I would've had to wait for and my husband had to leave the house to give me medication just so that I could ride in the ambulance on the way home so that my broken knee wouldn't be injured any further don't go to Laughlin it's filthy. They had one nurse there and I was going there to stay for five days so that my husband could have some respite which he got none of and if we get a bill they're going to not be very happy with the phone calls that I make regarding them don't ever go there and did I mention that it was filthy absolutely filthy and the nurses were rude. An English wasn't the first language so that was an issue as well, but those AIDS and nurses were nice, but I still didn't get my medication from them because they were too busy.

In my experience I found her to be very intelligent, professional, polite, courteous, thoughtful and very thorough. I really liked the way that she listened to my concerns and actually appeared to care about my well being. Instead of being like so many doctors with the DICTATOR complex she actually explained things to me in a manner that I could easily understand them and she suggested a number of options for me to consider and choose. However, I must clarify that the Doctor was very professional and she did counsel me on my weight and the ramifications and dangers to my overall health and well being. If there was a way just to review the admin staff, I'd give them negative stars. God, Family, Country. Apparently not at Watagua Orthopedics though. Their motto is work first. I know someone that works at Watagua Orthopedics. She loves her job and she loves the people she works with. She put in a time off request for a personal matter that will take her out of state for 2 weeks. She only has 1 week of PTO. The company handbook states that management can approve the remaining unpaid time off requested "at their discretion". They have denied the time off. Imagine. Your work says NO, you cant take time off. It doesnt matter that the request was made 6 weeks prior to the time off. She has received disciplinary action in the form of a write up for job abandonment already even though the time off hasn't yet been taken. She has been told that at the expiration of the pto available, she will be terminated. She fought hard to keep her job but the lead people that have "the discretion " have decided they would rather play hard ball. Specifically BRENT and JOJO. It doesnt matter that in 18 months of employment she has only called out one time. It doesnt matter that she's a dedicated employee that often stays late when needed. She reported that she was being required to do things outside her scope of practice at the beginning of April of this year. Releasing test results, required to do the job description of multiple positions, etc. Since reporting this, she has been retaliated against by the administration- Specifically Brent. When a complaint for harassment amd retaliation was filed, administration told her "that is your perception" and dismissed her complaint. Isn't that the whole point of a harrassment claim- your perception? Respectfully, this is not how you treat your employees. No wonder they go thru staffing like toilet paper. Because they treat them like poop they scrape off their shoe.
