I went through the establishment process earlier last year to become a patient at Gray Family Clinic. My initial checkup left a lot to be desired in terms of professionalism, expedience, and the general quality of care. The entire establishment seems to be run like it's still 1982. To top that off, I recently received a notice that my account was being sent to collections despite having no contact with them for nearly a calendar year. I tried calling them immediately, but apparently they close at 1:00 PM on Friday. I'm assuming the bill was likely lost in the mail, but that's no excuse as Dr. Cote and staff made absolutely no effort to contact me via the other more reliable methods they recorded (phone, email, text, etc.) to inform me that I had an outstanding balance. Now I'm dealing with a collections agency and frivolous, needless damage done to my credit report. I cannot recommend this establishment in any way, shape, form, or fashion and would advise you to find somewhere else more reputable and professional if you're seeking a PCP. read more
