He is an excellent doctor and always treated us with the utmost care. I live in GA now, so we've had to find a local doctor, but I do miss this office terribly. I even scheduled my son's one year check up around a visit to TN in January! Any time I have called for questions, they have always returned my calls quickly. I have even had Dr. Mitoraj call me back himself after hours.

I really appreciated the front desk person getting us in in under four hours for a one time visit. The girls in the back who took symptoms down and some vitals were super sweet. Once in the room, we only waited for about 15 minutes before the Dr. Mitoraj came in. He washed his hands thoroughly and started checking all the usual suspects: ears, throat, lungs and nose. After, as Dr.Mitoraj was walking out, he mentioned that they'd be back in for a "nose blowing." When an assistant returned, the sample was taken and another assistant returned a few minutes later stating that there was an infection and asked which antibiotics we preferred. We never saw the doctor again after he sent the assistant in. There was no follow up from the doctor after the sample was taken, only the assistant came back in to talk to us. I found that odd and kind of rude. Dr. Mitoraj was nice enough. The assistants in the back were awesome. Although I prefer a closing of the loop, it was a good enough trip to the doctor for a looky loo and antibiotic script.

All the physicians are very professional and try to help you to the best of their ability! I know you aren't supposed to have favorites but of course I do, I tend to favor Dr. Simpson and the nurse Samantha the most. They've made such a difference in my life and I'm so grateful to Dr. Simpson for all he has done for me! As long as you do what you're supposed to do you won't have any problems here.
