Yes sir! All year! You just can't shoot them off year round in pahrump. Select dates only. But if you're just going to buy and take back home then, yes year round.

I'm a California resident and have no problems buying there when I have. You just need an ID. it's the best fireworks store I've ever been to.

We bought similar items last year at Red Apple Fireworks, but they charged us that $5.00. We will definitely go back to Black Jack next year, and we'll recommend them to our friends, as well.

Also part of the festival was a vintage car show in the far parking lot, and what a cool sight to see! Who knew that Pahrump was a hot bed for vinyage cars????? The majority of entrants were locals from Pahrump, with a few coming from nearby states, but just hearing the owners talk shop about their "babies" was great. One owner had a collection of 5 cars in the car show, and every one of them were in such pristine condition! We perused the various vendors that were also on hand and also kicked it with some of the animals that were there too. Very cool place to relax and unwind while exploring Pahrump. Early May, 2024. (Arriving on a Sunday, leaving on Monday). We spent two days, including one night…read morecamping, in the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area (NRA) which includes Mount Charleston. Administered by the US Department of Agriculture's Forest Service, the entrance is just 17 miles from Hwy 95 on Rte 157 or 45 minutes (and a world away) from the hustle and bustle - and heat - of the Las Vegas strip. Sunday. We started at the Visitor Gateway, where there are helpful staff and maps to help you to plan your stay. In addition, there is a gift shop, clean restrooms, an amphitheater, picnic areas, and trailheads to the Pack Rat Route and the Escarpment Trails. Next on our itinerary were a pair of scenic drives. From the Visitors Gateway, we traveled a short distance on Rte 157, until intersecting with Rte 158, which took us up the windy mountain road. We passed the entrances to The Resort on Mount Charleston, various trailheads, picnic areas, and campgrounds. We stopped at the Desert View Overlook, walking the short interpretive trail and taking photos. We continued in Rte 158 until we intersected with Rte 156, which we took left to the Lee Canyon ski area, passing picnic areas, campgrounds, and trailheads along the way. We then turned around, and went back down the mountain. Upon again intersecting with Rte 157, we took it to its terminus at the Mount Charleston Lodge. Our final destination was our campsite at the Fletcher View Campground (reviewed separately). Monday. We returned to the Visitors Gateway, and did the two "more difficult" hikes that originated there -- the Pack Rat Route (only 0.4 mi) is short, paved, and very steep. If you do it as a loop, the trail is somewhat washed out towards the end. Pack Rat connected to the 2.4 mile Escarpment Trail, which takes you above the cliffs and to some wonderful mountain views. Both of these trails are for hiking only. No bikes or horses. Some things to note: *The Visitors Gateway provides a good map of the area which I've posted a Yelp (in Spanish). It shows trails (including hiking, cycling, equestrian, and interpretative), campgrounds, picnic areas, restrooms, etc. *The map also highlights the trails in the NRA, with ratings of easy to moderate to more difficult to most difficult. It also provides distances, but not elevation changes. *When we were there (May, 2024), at least 6 trails, including the popular Mary Jane Falls Trail, were closed due to storm damage.

We have literally traveled across the country to check out fireworks stores. This is the best store we have ever been to in the entire United States! Customer service was the best we've had not only at fireworks stores but compared to other retail stores as well. The employees will give you a tour of the store and show you how to download their app which shows you how to scan the products to see videos so you know what you're getting before you buy. They really seem like they want you to get what you're looking for and they want you to be happy with your purchase. Best of all they want you to understand more about the fireworks you're buying which is rare in the fireworks business. They have the largest selection of fireworks brands that I've ever seen. There must be 30 different brands of fireworks in the store. They have my favorites like Brothers, Winda, Cannon, for Firehawk, etc. and some other rare brands that I haven't heard of before but perform really well. The quality has been consistently good with all the products we purchased from Red Apple. Never had any problems with anything. Pricing is obviously a huge deal in the fireworks business. Red Apple has their competition beat at every angle. We buy cases and retail and we get the best pricing possible without having to negotiate or wonder if we could've gotten a better deal. Not sure what else to say except that Red Apple rocks and I highly recommend it to anybody looking for fireworks on the West Coast. Worth the drive from wherever you're coming from! read more

red apple fireworks is a great store but if your planning on taking a trip up there DON'T go red apple is being watch by fire marshals investigators..I went there twice and spent 1000 plus on wholesale and another time on small stuff..both times I went my fireworks got siezed by the San berdino fire marshal inspectors and paid a fine of $1250 I recommend any out of STATE coming to red apple fireworks you are basically being setup for failure and rob for your money...your better off at Alamo fireworks I went atleast 10 times for about 4 years now and nothing ever happen..the inspection will be held at every agri-checkpoint or on the highway within pahrump..I'm being SERIOUS..take me a joke or a hater or whatever you feel...go n try it for yourself an a fat ticket of $1250. read more

Red Apple is the place to be! They have all sorts of fireworks and things that you can't find anywhere else, plus the free slushies and popcorn?! Awesome! I shopped here on Black Friday last year and it was insane. 500gram cakes for like 8 bucks! I loaded up like mad for the 4th! I don't normally by fireworks by themselves,but I couldn't pass up such a good deal like black friday. I'm headed back to the Apple this week because they just posted on facebook that all of their cases are 30% off!! Damnnn gotta stock up on some shells and assortments for the block! Thanks Red Apple! Best costumer service you can get! I was so impressed when I got a personal call from Doug when an internet mistake was pointed out. The reviews are in on this place no need to go elsewhere! The number of brands compares to a supermarket. You will definetly find what your looking for and more if not just ask! They will help you find it! I always do my research and I've found that You Will NOT beat their prices if your coming from California! The only way you can get this stuff cheaper is if you live in Michigan HAHa! Customer service was excellent. There are several employees walking around the store at all times, ready to answer questions and help you find what you are looking for. Employees are friendly, no attitude. The owner Doug arrived just as we were checking out, spoke to him for 10 minutes or so. He was very friendly and wants his customers to be happy with their experience so that they'll return. I bought more than I needed so it will probably be a while before I go back, but I will be back at some point! read more

I have been getting fireworks from REd Apple for over 4 years now. the previous two years, the family packs half are duds. I purchased a few Cobra, Tiger and panda boxes and each box had multiple duds. I purchased a case of 8 ball crackling roman candles, each pack had 2 to 3 duds in them where they just popped out one ball and it exploding and crackled at my feet. quality is going down and isn't helping that I spend a good $1200 dollars every time I come here easy. I will be going to Area 51 only from now. read more

The customer service there was unprofessional and rude. The group of employees there stared without saying a word, and offered no friendly service. Eventually one began to follow us around continously asking if we needed help every 2 minutes when we were just trying to shop. The female staff was ok for the most part. The male staff seemed much more rude.The firework business is in Pahrump. There prices were ok at best. I go every year to buy fire works to put on a show for my grandkids, and after this last trip I will not be returning. Shame on you red apple doubling you're prices and forcing people to buy singles instead of by the case. Also they are selling old fireworks from the previous year which can malfunction and be dangerous. I will be taking my business to Alien they have always had fair prices and they don't pull the crap you have pulled.. do not buy at red Apple! read more
