Once scanned and buzzed in , bud tender provided me with the best hybrid options they had. Got eighth of orange push pop and grand Gelato . Both were a little dry but potency was there and did the trick. As a first time customer spend 35 get a free Eighth. So basically got quarter for 35 not too pricey but not the cheapest. All in all if i were in town I'd go again and recommend

He was always one of the most knowledgeable and genuinely helpful budtenders I've ever dealt with. No matter what I needed, he took the time to help and made customers feel valued instead of rushed through another transaction. I don't know the circumstances surrounding what happend to that kid but I really cared for him or if he was wrongfully let go, but losing someone like that says a lot about the direction this establishment is headed. Good employees are hard to find, and it's disappointing to see a business push away the very people who made customers want to come back in the first place. If Hunter is no longer here, I honestly don't see myself coming in nearly as often.

Bad customer service, etc etc. for a simple trip like.. it's not a long trip or time being in the shop. You get in and get out and to ruin an experience in the span of less than 10 minutes is almost impressive. HOWEVERRRRR... I came in today and a different girl who has been here for almost two years was so sweet, so attentive and went way over the top with kindness that I didn't know you could do asking someone "what can I get you". She calls you love, has a sweet tone, and is very patient. She has great recommendations and knows the store very well. I e heard from others the first chick I was talking about hasn't been seen there but also a lot of people stopped going after I told them she disrespected me but we are slowly coming back around. I'm not sure if she quit or got fired or maybe we got lucky by not seeing her the last couple months but boy was I happy. When I got back in the car I told the person she wasn't there and they literally said "oh good I was worried she'd be there" so let's just say this company finally made a good decision if they got rid of her or let her leave on her own. The pricing I think is fair and they tell you to test it before you go so they can take care of you before you leave which I think is respectable on the shops part. A lot of places will let you walk out and not let you exchange once you exit the store no matter what and then you're just out of luck. I think this place is very reputable and they do really care about business and their customers. This review is just an average of the last two times I've came here otherwise it would've been 5 stars just on my last experience. I will definitely come back and leave another review. Keep up the great work from here on out!
