We picked up some big sipz and some candies to use as a chaser. We were told that they had 10 in stock and should be able to order the remaining amount before the wedding day. As the week came to an end, their shipment still had not arrived. Now here's where it gets great!!!! Hector the Store Manager took it upon himself the day before the wedding to drive all across the IE to the 3 nearest stores (which are as far as Riverside and Rancho Cucamonga) to find 10 more bottles and have them there for pick up the same day. Additionally, everything was kept in cold storage while waiting for me to arrive. There icing on the cake.... there was a major discount applied, so half of the bottles were only 5 cents each. Wow!!!! Such amazing customer service. That is virtually unheard of in the modern world.
