We picked up some big sipz and some candies to use as a chaser. The service was the standout, the girl that was checking us out commented on how the candies inside a cup mixed with the big sips were game changers and I thanked her for the tip, but then she went and grabbed us some styrofoam cups for us to try out her hack and let me tell you it was bombbb. Right before my wedding to my beautiful amazing bride, we had trouble finding enough of a specific Champagne for our wedding reception. Finally, I got in touch with them about 1 week before. We were told that they had 10 in stock and should be able to order the remaining amount before the wedding day. As the week came to an end, their shipment still had not arrived. Now here's where it gets great!!!! Hector the Store Manager took it upon himself the day before the wedding to drive all across the IE to the 3 nearest stores (which are as far as Riverside and Rancho Cucamonga) to find 10 more bottles and have them there for pick up the same day. Additionally, everything was kept in cold storage while waiting for me to arrive. There icing on the cake.... there was a major discount applied, so half of the bottles were only 5 cents each. Wow!!!! Such amazing customer service. That is virtually unheard of in the modern world.
