When I called to tell them about the way my car was returned to me. I was told that they would fix the seat and clean the car. When I dropped my car off the second time, I got nothing but attitude from the staff (except Ken). The car looks like it was run through a car wash with nothing done to fix the seat. But hey, at least they put floor liners in the car this time. My family has never had any issue with them until now. Truly unfortunate.

Drove an hour to pick up the vehicle and was told it was sold the previous evening. They knew the vehicle was gone when they texted the morning of pick up. Then they tried to sell him on another vehicle with more miles, less features and stained interior for the same price. No apologies, no nothing.
