She said that their window cleaners come out, clean the windows, think they look good, the customer thinks they look good, and then the customer calls back later. That's because when lights hits in the right way you can see the smeary mess all over them. I really can't see how some of our windows were cleaned at all! Whoever I just talked to at Dave's Window Cleaning just nearly took a bite out of me for saying so. $400 later and I still need my windows cleaned. Steer clear of this company! I'm seeing the response to this review by the company owner. They NEVER said anything about coming back to redo the job!! And the only reason I talked over her is because she was doing that to me!! The owner came out for the consult and smelled different areas of the carpet to make sure he knew where to treat. He also gave details on how he would treat. The price was very reasonable. I also want to add that he was on time to the appointment. For the actual cleaning he arrived at my home on time for the appointment, with his employee. They were both very friendly and did a thorough job. I never felt like they were rushing to leave. They both went over what was being done for each step. Austin did an excellent job of sourcing the matching color which had been discontinued by the manufacturer *****. Austin's subcontractors were hard to get to stay with the job and not accurate in the installation **. It was frustrating to get Austin to get subcontractors back out, and when they finally did come back, they corrected only one of the three problem areas *.
