Aside from this, their painting was beautiful and professional. Pictures were taken of the area to be painted. They moved what needed to be moved then returned to the same place according to their photo. Nothing broken and all handled with gentle respect. Everyday before they left, it was total cleanup. Greg and Chris did outstanding work throughout the painting process. They took a great deal of care in removing the cabinet doors and drawer faces and moving them outside for sanding and painting. They paid a lot of attention in keeping the dust to a minimum while working on the frames inside the kitchen and keeping the work area in general neat and orderly. We are very impressed with the quality of the finish on the cabinets. They really do look like new with a factory pain job. Excellent quality work. My property manager recommend Andrew Johnson and he was very responsible. I didn't like the idea of giving the adjuster estimates to the companies but this one did not go much over the estimate. I found them to be responsive and they never kept me waiting around like the other company did. Andrew's presentation was brief and he understood what I needed done. He was also nice enough to mention the military rebate and I appreciate this company's support of serving members. It was also pleasant dealing with the office manager, Kendall Favor. She was nice and provided the documents.

I made the mistake of trusting United Contracting and Roofing LLC when they convinced me to file a…read morewind/hail damage claim on my roof. Instead of acting like professionals, they pushed me into filing an insurance claim that had NO CHANCE of getting approved--all because they wanted a quick sale. HOW THEY SCAMMED ME: 1 They ignored my request to check an engineering report before filing my claim. I had a 2022 engineering report that showed mechanical creasing and blistering, NOT storm damage. Any legitimate roofer would have known this meant the claim was invalid. I asked their rep, Luke, to review it. He ignored it and filed my claim anyway. 2 They completely failed to do their job. Even without my report, any trained roofing professional should have seen the damage was NOT storm-related. Luke either didn't know what he was looking at OR deliberately ignored what was right in front of him. A licensed Public Adjuster later told me there was NO CHANCE of winning this claim. 3 After they got my claim denied, they tried to sell me a new roof out-of-pocket. Once my claim was denied, their sales pitch changed: "Since the claim didn't work out, let's talk about financing a new roof." It was a setup from the start. They KNEW this claim wouldn't work but wanted a foot in the door to sell a roof. 4 Their manager ADMITTED they made a mistake, then LIED in their BBB response. I spoke to a manager for 20 minutes, who told me outright they should have handled my claim differently. When I filed a BBB complaint, they denied everything and tried to blame me. 5 Now my homeowner's insurance is at risk because of THEIR negligence. My Public Adjuster warned me that filing this bad claim could cause my insurance company to drop me. United Contracting and Roofing NEVER warned me about this risk. They don't care about your insurance, your home, or your financial security--just making a sale. BOTTOM LINE: STAY AWAY! They don't check anything before filing a claim. They push you into claims that will fail just to get a sale. They take ZERO responsibility when things go wrong. They will put your HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE at risk. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable contractor. Do NOT let United Contracting and Roofing LLC touch your insurance claim or your roof.

Kevin and Zack were able to clean up the sewage and cut out all of the damaged walls as well as dry and sanitize everything. They worked tirelessly for more than a week and was able to clean all of my personal property as well. They threw away everything that was damaged and even dealt with my insurance company.
