The morning of our appointment I continued reaching out to them in hopes of making contact as we had a team of people scheduled to meet them at the property at the confirmed time, again unable to make contact. We called them from a different number and they answered right away, but then hung up. We tried calling them back several more times but they did not answer. I just asked for a new 10 yard dumpster. This should be the last of the dumpsters I will need for the renovation work. Junk Boss is quick to respond. I send a text to Hunter. He responds immediately by sending me an empty dumpster that afternoon or the day after. When it is time to haul off the full dumpster and get a new one, I send another text to Hunter and it gets addressed immediately. I get an invoice in my email the day after. I was fairly emotional about a few things and they were super sweet to talk me through getting it down. Elu, Obadiah and Boaz moved 20' of UPack Trailer (think the back of a semi!) in just three hours! They also helped us move in our new refrigerator that was delivered while they were here, got our BEAST of washer and dryer into their spots and were happy to move things "an inch this way or an inch that way" to get the piano and other heavy bits in JUST the right place for us. They were diligent, polite and all showed up on time ready to jump right in. We chose them over less expensive movers because they had good ratings and we are EVER SO PLEASED we did!! We are so appreciative of these young men and would hire them again in a second!! (but hopefully we will never have to move again! lol)
