Our RV broke down not far from the Bus Barn and the repair facility could not look at it for 3…read moreweeks. We had to quickly find a storage facility for that time frame. We have never had to store our RV before this. All we knew was there was a problem through out the country of catalytic converter theft at storage facilities. The Bus Barn is not the cheapest storage in the area but it is seems to be the most secure. We were highly impressed with their prompt reply to our inquires and completely followed the advice given to us by the on site manager. The facility is immaculate and new. They have never flooded and survived hurricane Ian with no problems. There are cameras everywhere and each garage is double locked. A high fence completely surrounds the entire facility and each renter has their own security code. They are expanding rapidly with an eye on catering to the RV communities needs. Our tow truck driver was able to easily maneuver our RV both in and out of the facility. However the owner is planning on providing more pull through garages with 30 amp service in the future. We had electrical hook up in our storage garage. We saw no evidence of any rodents or bugs. I would highly recommend The Bus Barn which has easy access to Interstates 12, 10 and 55.

There are 2 gates, and most of the time one of the gates didn't work and was wide open. The sliding doors to enter were broken many times, lights flashing inside, and it was always super hot during the summer, spring, and even now in fall. They never ran all the air conditioners but still charged as much as other storage facilities. The facility was always filthy and the carts were terrible and had broken wheels. I wouldn't waste my $$ here. I only used this location for the convenience because of time constraints. Never again. We also had a rental at a newer facility and the difference was night and day. I had an incident where a huge rat got into and died in my unit. The smell was awful along with the maggots and chewed up belongings. I was told to contact Red Dot and fill out an insurance claim. They sent a claim for Rodent and Insect damage. I filled it out and sent it back. After 3 weeks, still no answers. I tried several times to contact them and finally got someone. I was then told that they do not cover rodent or insect damage but yet they are the ones who sent me that specific claim form to fill out. You can never get anyone at the location or on the phone and when you do they are very rude and unaccommodating. I will fight this claim since I have a whole house of things in this unit and think that they should be responsible for it. I also will take all my things that I am able to keep elsewhere and not give this place another dime of my money.

My first visit wasn't very helpful. The lady at the counter pointed outside, saying all the sizes were available to look at, but there weren't different sizes available to compare. There were only two trucks of the same size, with no labels to distinguish them, and no further assistance was offered. I returned the next day and encountered a completely different crew. Every staff member I met was helpful, attentive, and quick to address my needs. Their excellent service made the experience a complete turnaround.

We had scheduled an 8 AM move, but issues with their truck caused them to run several hours late. But they kept in touch with us the whole time and communicated updates very well. And when they arrived to perform our move, they even brought extra guys to help and only charged us for the original two that they had quoted us in our quote. The team was so nice and so efficient. We moved from a bottom floor quadplex shotgun in Mid City to a 14th floor high-rise in the CBD, and we are having trouble with our key fob not working correctly, and the team was so patient as we dealt with that. They were fast, friendly, and efficient and transparent with the price, and the final price was on the low side of the range they gave us in the original quote. I would recommend this Company to anyone due to their transparency and pricing, great communication, and efficient friendly team.

I was told everything was good to go. Then on June 4, I got a text saying they needed to cancel our June 6 move and asked if we could move on June 7 instead. After much back and forth, I agreed because we were on a tight timeline and needed to move. June 7 came and went, and no one showed up. No call, no text, no email...nothing!! I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. Even then, nobody ever arrived. I called both phone numbers listed online multiple times and never got an answer. Eventually, I received a text telling me to contact someone named Daniel. I texted him and called three times, but never got a response. Then I got a random email saying the truck broke down and they'd follow up with an ETA... 1 hr went by... complete silence. At that point, we were essentially ghosted. No apology, no explanation, and no effort to help us find a solution after leaving us without movers on the day of our move. Moving is stressful enough without having to wonder if your moving company is actually going to show up. Unfortunately, that was our experience. Based on how this was handled, I wouldn't recommend them if you need a company you can count on.

There is a high level of unprofessionalism, when it comes to communication. Several times…read morethroughout the process, we had to contact them to ask if they'd received certain documents that we were sending to them. As the sellers, we provided information for them to obtain a loan payoff, and then they called several days later to request the same information that we'd already given them. They assumed responsibility for our side of the transaction, by offering us a POA (assigning their office manager), but then never communicated to us that the closing had been completed, and that our check/copies had been sent to us, when the package would arrive, and with a tracking number. We were left to wonder if our check had been sent to us, when it would be delivered, and if a signature was needed. We tracked the package down 3 days after the closing, even though we'd paid for overnight delivery. The lack of communication made us wonder if our mtg payoff would be sent in a timely fashion. We've definitely worked with more professional title companies.

The only reason I only gave Will Dump It a four star rating is because, at the time of writing this, they do not have a website to securely enter credit/debit card information to make the payment for services rendered. I chose to give them my credit card information over the phone, rather than make the trip to their physical location as it's almost an hour away from where I live. I am usually a very secure person in these matters, but my situation forced my hand. Aside from that, I am absolutely satisfied with my experience!
