I chose them because they had the best rating there and the lowest price. I booked them online through U-haul, and Nick, the owner called me the same day to confirm and to go over my move. I had a simple move, but I had big pieces of furniture that I knew I needed help. Through no fault of Nick's, I had to change my move date several times because of my schedule. and each time I called Nick to let him know I needed to change, he was really sweet and patient. Finally, my move date arrived, and two guys (walter and another guy, whose name i forgot) showed up. but before they did, they called me the day of to confirm time. and then about an hour before, they called to let me know they were going to be half an hour late, which worked out well for me. and then called me 15 minutes before they arrived to let me know where they are. The backed the truck up to my door, loaded all my stuff up, drove over to my new place, and moved all the stuff in. I had labeled the boxes as to where they went, so they quickly put them where they belonged. They were also very quick about disassembling my furniture, and re-assembling my furniture. When I have to move again, I'll definitely be calling them to do it for me.

The estimator was professional, gave me some valuable suggestions and willing to work with me on the estimated moving costs. The loading crew was on time, polite, and did a nice job protecting both walls and floors when moving large items out to load in the truck. The Driver was great to work with and delivered on time as agreed. The unload crew was again polite, hard working and did a nice job unloading and placing the items in the proper rooms, taking care in protecting both furnishings, walls and flooring. I had one item that was damaged and the post move coordinator was quick to respond and provided me with all the information I need to make a claim. I would definitely recommend this group of professionals in your next move!

They only showed up with one person to move us for a 6 family household and demanded that we let this one person start the job to move us while they searched for others to come and help. Then the manager was very rude on the phone and demanded that the person he sent to our home, stay there, and he wouldn't leave when told so. We had to call the police to have him escorted. We had scheduled an 8 AM move, but issues with their truck caused them to run several hours late. But they kept in touch with us the whole time and communicated updates very well. And when they arrived to perform our move, they even brought extra guys to help and only charged us for the original two that they had quoted us in our quote. The team was so nice and so efficient. We moved from a bottom floor quadplex shotgun in Mid City to a 14th floor high-rise in the CBD, and we are having trouble with our key fob not working correctly, and the team was so patient as we dealt with that. They were fast, friendly, and efficient and transparent with the price, and the final price was on the low side of the range they gave us in the original quote. The movers arrived with a large box truck and immediately went to work, moving with a purpose. They were courteous, professional, and efficient.
