She was very helpful, had a welcome package, checked in with me before move in and went out of her way. When I needed something she helped, she didn't balk when I had to return supplies. I…read moremoved out of my unit on Feb 1 and my payment was due on the 3rd of each month and automatically taken out. When I moved out, I submitted my move out and it said it was pending approval, I went ahead and removed my credit card on file as well. Well today (Feb 4) I wake up to a receipt from uhaul thanking me for my transaction! I pulled up my account on file to get the number to call and I saw that my move out was still pending and checked again if my card may have still been on file and it wasn't. I called them and spoke with Tiffani and she tried telling me that it was auto draft in error and they refunded my money. I asked her how if my card was not on file!? I went back thru my previous transactions and all those receipts say AUTOPAYMENT but this recent one was an actual receipt with Tiffani's name on it and NOWHERE does it mention autopayment. I think what they did, they saw my account was "past due" cause they haven't processed my move out yet, so they went to past transactions to get my card info and ran the payment. I'm including the past receipts and the most recent receipt to show I'm not lying. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR STORAGE!

There are many similar facilities nearby with rent less than half the price. I would like to recommend but only if the rent goes way down. Another thing that bothered me was when I was locked-out when my rent was only a few days after the Due date for the first time ever. I could see if you were a month behind but not days.
