When I moved out, I submitted my move out and it said it was pending approval, I went ahead and removed my credit card on file as well. Well today (Feb 4) I wake up to a receipt from uhaul thanking me for my transaction! I pulled up my account on file to get the number to call and I saw that my move out was still pending and checked again if my card may have still been on file and it wasn't. I called them and spoke with Tiffani and she tried telling me that it was auto draft in error and they refunded my money. I asked her how if my card was not on file!? I went back thru my previous transactions and all those receipts say AUTOPAYMENT but this recent one was an actual receipt with Tiffani's name on it and NOWHERE does it mention autopayment. I think what they did, they saw my account was "past due" cause they haven't processed my move out yet, so they went to past transactions to get my card info and ran the payment. I'm including the past receipts and the most recent receipt to show I'm not lying. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR STORAGE!

My positive experience started with my initial contact with Miss Angie. She let me know that they are a family owned business that takes pride in taking care of their customers. I have moved several times, but never out of state. Also, I was moving while Covid was still rampant. I had no idea what to expect, so I had so many questions. Miss Angie set up a video call so I could "walk her through my home." A couple of days later she gave me an estimate and didn't seem bothered by answering my countless questions. I appreciate it that they had several options, depending on how much help I needed for the move. On the day of the move, I met Alex, who assured me this would be a seamless process and he would personally make sure all of my belongings made it to my new home in TX. Sure enough, a few days later, Alex was the one pulling the semi truck up to my new home and organizing the activities of the move-in crew. He even gave some suggestions on where furniture should go. From beginning to end, the customer service was top-notch and I definitely feel like the money was well worth it. I don't plan to move again anytime soon; but if I do, I will be sure to call Stevenson.

My daughter was nervous about the move but was happy and relaxed at the end. All items were professionally packed and stored on the moving truck. The truck arrived on time, everything was unloaded put were they were suppose to be. There was no damage or problems and the young men could not have been more accommodating, Stevenson Transfer charged a very fair price and executed very professionally.
