I was helped by a man named Sam who was very helpful! Sam was very knowledgeable about the products and was very well spoken and nice! Thank you for all the help. I do wish they would find a reliable source for cheaper but quality Delta 8. Right now their selection isn't too impressive but other than that this location is pretty great. Went in to but a fume infinity immediately opened it was leaking asked to exchange it and the guy fought me left and right came with countless excuses. Told me to try it anyway so I did says it wasn't hitting right and I told him I'm unsatisfied with my purchase asked to exchange it he kept challenging me and said it's against policy. Hello I was standing in the store! Never in all my times in there had an issue like that. Usually always nice and accommodating well hope they enjoyed taking my money for something that doesn't work because I'll never go back. And highly recommend people don't shop here. Come here all the time never an issue now I buy vapes try them in store one of them is defective doesn't hit at all and they tell me they can't exchange or refund. You literally watched me open the package and see the vape don't work and tell me I'm stuck with it every smoke shop in this area let's you try them to make sure they work before you leave the store. I went in to this shop today because I was traveling and forgot my vape juice at home. They sold me this bottle and once I got to my car I realized it wasn't sealed but I was in a rush and figured it would be fine. Later on this afternoon I realized the 3 (3mg) on the front looked funny when I then realized it was a bottle of 0mg that they just took a sharpie to and put a 3 over. I bought a vape pen fir $20 on Sat, 4/23/22. I let it charge for 48 hours, and it never took a charge. I took it back on Thurs, 6/28/22, and the girl acted like she didn't believe Mr. She acted like it was charging, but WOULDN'T check it with a cartridge. All I wanted was andeven exchange, and she absolutely refused to give me an exchange. Then she started arguing with me. She refused to call the manager of the store when I asked, and I ended up leaving with a broken POS, and the worst treatment I've ever had at a smoke shop. Decided to try this place out and got one of their disposable D8 pens, they guy pulls it out the box and says "it's even rechargeable" and shows me a chord it comes with, I get back to my hotel room only to discover there is no where to even plug a charger into the damn thing.
