I had been calling…read morearound for a specific set of batteries and when I called this shop, I was told by the woman that took my call that they had the batteries that I needed. When I got there they remembered me from my phone call and remembered the specific batteries that I had come to buy. I had a great conversation with the gentlemen who worked there and decided to buy an additional item from them since I was feeling good about the shop. The woman that I spoke to on the phone and the gentlemen that I was buying items from where both incredibly friendly to both myself and my daughter. When I got home I opened my bag and realized that I had been given the wrong batteries. All of a sudden my whole day just caught up with me. I snowballed. I just spent over an hour driving someplace to get something and I did not have time to make that drive again today. I had taken my daughter to a playground that I had believed was finally open for kids to play and it was not so my daughter was cranky. (Kids can drain you when they are disappointed). I called the shop being very polite but very frustrated. I let them know what had happened and the gentlemen that I had spoken to earlier transferred me to the original woman who I had spoken to on the phone previously. She let me know that she was very sorry for the mistake. Then she let me know although they had what I had come there for, they did not have the quantity that I needed. I lost my sh#t. She said that she wanted to make it right but I was done. So I told her to not bother and hung up. After I had some time to think about the time and money that I had spent, I decided to get back in touch with them and find out what they wanted to do to make this right. They were more than fair with me and that really made me feel bad about being such a jerk. Sometimes I can be a real Asshole. I'm so happy that they were willing to look beyond that and be so fair with me even after I was so ridiculous. So let me just say this. It was a mistake but an understandable mistake. I've made it myself (Greens). They are just batteries. My time/my gas/ my trip to the park where Covid spoiled my time with my daughter is not their problem. I put all that on these good peoples shoulders and that's just wrong. Any place where they hire people that can deal with irrational people like myself deserves everyone's business. This is a very nice clean well stocked shop and the service is phenomenal.

The price for vanes and other items are not just only cheap but unbeaaatable by nunbers... I literally bought a vape for which I paid $11 more previously from the nearest shop from .99 on OBT. Just wish they are open late. Prices are always lower in comparison. Would suggest buying a big bong only from them.
