It was supposed to take about 2 weeks. Instead, it dragged on for over 3 months and still wasn't done right. Communication was awful. Everything was by text, and they'd take forever to reply. When they finally did show up, the work was sloppy. The yard isn't level like I asked for (and reminded them about multiple times), and when I brought it up, they refused to fix it, saying it "wasn't in the contract." Total nonsense. They even dumped crushed stone where arborvitae trees were supposed to go. Only found out while I was digging the hole to plant the trees -- who does that?! Claimed they didn't know after I had told them the plans at the start of the project. Now I have to pay another company to fix their mess and properly grade the yard extension. So basically I wasted money, time, and patience dealing with them. Should've listened to the bad reviews on here, but I tried to give them a chance. Big mistake.
