I was able to describe the tree, get a quote, and set up an appointment all via email and ZERO problems. He showed up on time and with his equipment. If i didn't like the quote, no problem, he would leave. If I did like it, he had all of his stuff there ready to go. I have never dealt with such a professional, kind, hard working tradesman since I have moved to the area several years ago. I live in a reno, so I've been working with various contractors, tradesman, etc. for the past three years. Again, very professional. Via email the quote was a wide range for a good reason but the upper price point was still very affordable for such a large tree. After showing up and looking at it the quote was within that range and after the job was done, maybe an hour and a half, he charged me $100 LESS than what he quoted me because the job was easier and faster than he anticipated. WHAT?? He charged me LESS than the quote. That is really a first for me. I have an entire acre of tree stumps that I will need done eventually, I know who I'm hiring.

It's SO nice not to have to play phone tag with a business. She was very friendly, and quite responsive, every time I had a question. I also appreciated the way that she attached their licensing & insurance certificates at the bottom of the contract, without having to be asked. When the work crew came out a week later, they got right to it. They did everything they said they would, and their clean-up was amazing. Even though I have woods in the back, they didn't throw a single twig back there. They hauled everything out to the chipper in the front. My lawn & driveway were pristine when they left. I highly recommend.

We recently had a tree service examine our tree's health. While the tree was healthy, we were told…read morethat we should remove limbs, which would cost nearly $2000. When we were ready to move forward, the company was backlogged longer than we could stand, so we called another firm, B & M Tree Service. The manager came out before 9 am the next day, and explained that the limbs were no threat or in any danger. He joked that he would take our money if we insisted, but the job was totally unnecessary. This level of integrity is worthy of public note. Neighbors have worked with B & M and note their good work. Hopefully, we won't need them, but we know who to call.
