I notified them of a crumbling concrete footer in July…read more2024 -- after being ignored, passed off, and finally threatening small claims court, this was rectified in January 2025, but only after our fence was left suspended for over three weeks around Christmas and for a couple of weeks after, allowing our dogs to escape multiple times. They were supposed to come back and finish staining the fence three months ago, but calls and texts to D'Anne and Brennan go completely ignored. Appointments are made and I arrange to be home to meet them, but nobody ever shows up, calls, or texts. This is the least professional business with which it has ever been my misfortune to deal. With respect to the fence, we paid for a 7' cedar board-on-board fence with a cap. The overlap on the pickets is so thin that the nails they used have backed out in many places, creating a gap where there should never be one. I have personally reinstalled screws in several areas spanning many pickets to make sure they cannot separate, both for the security of our animals and for just for aesthetics by eliminating the gaps. I will never, ever use these people again. If anyone asks, I don't know exactly where TO send them for a professional fencing job, but I know exactly where NOT to send them.
