The claim of providing the highest does of Rybelsus on the radio made me want to continue my use of the weight loss drug. It is a lie! I had been taking the 7 mg for a month and was ready to move to the next dose. I was assured this was the dosage I would be on. It was not the same. I gained five pounds over the month. I called however the calls were always returned while I was at work and could not answer my phone. I called to ask for a refund without a response. I was on the RM3 program for a couple of months and lost 12 lbs. It is a low calorie diet. My hair became damaged (dry and brittle)while taking the med and shots. It is stated on the RM website that hair loss is normal with rapid weight lost. This is not true for me, I had lost 20lbs on Jenny Craig with no issues of hair damage. On RM3 I had only lost 12lbs in a couple of months, but do not consider the lost to be rapid and had damaged hair. I have spoken to others who have had the same affect with damaged hair while on RM3. However, a friend of mine had lost a lot of weight and has kept it off for a couple of years now and will go back for maintenance. She has admitted that her hair is dry and brittle and has kept it short. Do your research, find out what works for you. The program was not for me, it is expensive and I didn't like having damaged hair. I believe I had lost weight because of the food was low in calorie (no dairy, breads, etc.) and healthy. In reply to the Chelsea's response, I really don't believe it was from a "cleaner eating " from the foods I ate while on the program. I ate the food that were my normal type of foods ( chicken, veggies, etc. ) excluding milk, pasta and breads. I have never have been a junk food eater. As the program states in advertising, you eat regular foods. When you eat healthy clean foods, your hair does not become damaged, dry, and brittle. Sorry Chelsea, I don't your explanation. read more

I truly wish I could give this place negative stars but that option is not available. There employees are incompetent, rude and unprofessional. After driving an hour to come to my appointment, my appointment was canceled because there representative failed to notify me that I had to arrive 30 mins early to do 15 minutes worth of paperwork after waiting 10 mins in line. They were completely unreasonable and not willing to work with me for the mistakes of their employee. Please do not support this business in any way! Especially this location! The office staff is friendly and welcoming. Mandi the doctor that worked with me was informative and did not try to push me into do anything I was not comfortable with. There was no pressure to start a program and when I did chose a program that worked for me, they customized it based on my needs. I did this for one month and had okay results of 10 lbs but I paid $500 for the first month and at $400 a month it would cost me a ton of money to lose what I need to lose. $500 to lose 10lbs just seems unrealistic to me. I stopped by this new location today for my fat burner shot and was delighted by the friendly and personable staff. The medical assistant that gave me my shot was very upbeat and full of smiles. I don't feel judged and the environment is very welcoming. I originally started at the Awahtukee location and the service is top notch across the board. I've been on RM3 for a little over a week and I've already lost 11lbs. For someone who has always struggled with their weight their entire life, seeing these fast and positive results give you the motivation to continue. I went for a consultation to learn about their programs. i was very disappointed. After i told them I did not want to go on the starvation diet with supplements or take their appetite suppressants I was given a folder with a list of foods with instructions how to count servings. No customized plan as stated on the literature they claim the following on their webpage. We understand that everyone is unique, so our programs are customized to meet each individual's needs. The most successful patients choose a weight loss program that best addresses their specific goals, well-being and lifestyle requirements. They also make frequent visits to weigh-in, get weekly Weight Loss Shots, and discuss their progress and challenges with our medical staff. This statement was not true in my case at all. They told me to come back in a month. Is that what the mean by frequent??? I appeared to me they were just in business to sell their products take my money and not really care about my results. I would not recommend unless you want to use chemicals to lose weight. read more

Sad to see the negative reviews on here. This place is absolutly fantastic and the staff is incredable. I saved more than the cost of the plan monthly just on the excess amount of junk I was eating that I immediatly cut out. Nothing is free amd nothing good come easy but the overwhelming amount of energy and self confidence after losing 70 lbs in less than 6 months is worth far more than the small price of the plan. Not to mention the years added back onto my life could not make me happier. Like anything great it takes a commitment and a willingness to change. The front desk ladies are absolutely the nicest and informative ladies I have experienced in a long time. My medical provider and assistant , make me feel like they have known me for years and they truly care for your health and make sure that the programs and supplements are what you want. Good afternoon, I went to my first appointment today. I had a coupon with 4 free fat burner plus shots and a free consult, which I called and they reported I would be responsible for labs. I arrived and they brought my back rather quickly. The MA, which I am assuming she is a MA, took my weight and vitals. She gave me a 7 minute video about the program, but after it was done, she ask if I had any questions. I did tell her that i had a coupon, which she applied they will take it off. Now, I assumed that I would have to pay for lab which usually would be around $200.00, but when I arrived up front, she reported my bill would be 489.00. I couldn't believe the amount. I will take some of the blame because I didn't ask at the time of visit if there where any other cost, but when I called to make an appointment I was lead to believe that I would be responsible for labs and any additional medication over and above the 4 free shots. I feel I was bamboozle. I will give it 110% and hopefully it will change my mind about this organization. I will keep everyone updated. read more

I want to start off by saying that the staff here is super friendly and welcoming which is why I'm rating at 3 stars and not lower at this particular moment, hopefully I'll be able to update to a higher rating once they fix the issue. I recently had several cool sculpting sessions with a girl who is no longer there and she just didn't know what she was doing and my results were pretty bad. So I went in for my follow up and addressed my concerns with another girl and she basically said we need to re-treat several times and if all goes well I will definitely update my review. I am little irritated though because of the time and money I already spent but I will try and stay optimistic and hope they will do whatever it takes to fix my issue. read more
