Been meaning to leave this! Very disappointed with this place. Wanted to be my new place. I had had other services and they were fine, until I came for a facial. I explained to the therapist that my skin is very sensitive- she did a hydro facial and my skin was hurting so bad I couldn't stand it! Later that day it looked as if my skin had been melted off in several places! I called to at least get some type of refund all I received was the run around never got a penny back! Stay far away from this facility!!!!! Horrible experience!! I had a routine IPL Laser procedure done with Sandra Sandavol and came out with 2nd degree burns on both of my arms. It was excruciatingly painful and has completely ruined my arms. I would absolutely not recommend using this service at this Spa and definitely would not let this laser technician, who claimed to have 17 years experience, anywhere near any of my family or friends. I was appalled to find that one week later she is still being allowed to work there. In fact when I called for the owner, the front desk transferred me directly to her to answer my question and she was very rude on the phone. I waited a month for an appointment for microneedling and PRP to treat cancer removal scars from my back that I've been self conscious of for 10 years. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told I was only scheduled for PRP and would need to reschedule. When I asked to speak with Jen to ensure that we were on the same page regarding the services I had requested, I was brought back to a room where I waited for 30 minutes and was told I needed to wait because others were ahead of me. This was poor customer service, as they scheduled me for the incorrect service and should have been more accommodating in helping to ensure that I got what I was going to be spending $600-$1000 on. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years in this med spa. The front desk persons have changed, however there is one that has been around for quite awhile, I believe she may be the front desk manager. I went in to make an appointment today and planned on spending about 800.00 for the services I needed. I was not welcomed when I entered the spa as three employees (or receptionists) were chit chatting. I finally spoke up and said that I needed help. The manager gave me an attitude as soon as I began speaking. The other two ladies were newer employees (I believe) because they couldn't suggest anything and were not engaging in the conversation with me at all. They looked to her for help and that is where she began being argumentative and rude. Over the years I have had to deal with her and she has always been very dismissive and rude. I have witnessed her doing this with many customers. I have given her the benefit of the doubt thinking she must have had a bad day. And everyone else in the spa has always been kind so I have let it go. Not today though. When she rolled her eyes and became argumentative and rude I had enough. Their website says our team is like family and I believe that. She must be a relative because I cannot believe that a business would employ someone who is so rude to their customers for so long. Is it to much to say welcome and to smile? I will not be treated and felt that way by anyone especially a business. I would save your money and go somewhere that will treat you with kindness and dignity. And more importantly value a repeat customer who has been loyal. There are plenty of med spas in our area and I am sure will happily take my business. read more

It is very nice inside with many great amenities, such as decaf tea, a beautiful changing room with shower, and privacy lockers. The massage therapist that I have seen (Heidi) does a great job. She listens carefully and does what I ask, which is very much appreciated. The cost is very reasonable and they frequently have coupons in the Val-Pac, so look at those before you go. A friend gave me a gift card here so I booked a much needed birthday massage and facial. This place is fabulous! Beautiful details throughout spa that is clean and very well maintained. The ladies lounge is stocked with amenities like beverages in the waiting room and toiletries in the changing/rest room/shower area (deodorant, toothpaste, even feminine products). These type of details carry throughout the massage rooms too. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I had the best massage ever by Laura. She is an experienced professional and the best part is she makes you feel comfortable. She is knowledgeable, courteous and really got all the knots out! It was truly a relaxing experience!! I also had a facial which was great too. My only comment would be that since I mentioned it was my first time to try microdermabrasion, I thought the session would be a bit more informative as what to expect during the derma-abrasion treatment. I was impressed with the high quality product line the use, Obaji and Jan Marini lines. The staff are very nice. However I did not see any visible difference with the cool sculpting and skin tightening treatments. I asked for the before and after pictures 3 times and was assured I would receive them by email. I have yet to receive them and suspect they are not sending because I did not have positive results. I found Deja Vu when I was searching online for spa. I looked at many places in Goodyear and Phoenix area. I decided to have my treatment done at Deja Vu based on feedback's their customers left on line. The place is really nice and has a real spa feeling. Great decorations, very clean, the lady at the fron desk was very nice, I did not have to wait a minute, they took me in exactly at the time I had my appointment! They walked me into the room where I was filling out the paper work and waiting for Jennifer. Jennifer came in and we engaged into conversation. I found out we have a lot in common which helped me to build a rapport with her and release my stress quite a bid. I told her about my previous experiences and I explained to her what my goal is. She was listening very carefully and addressed all my concerns. I was quite happy and I scheduled my next appointment with her, I got appointment confirmation per text and email. My confirmed appointment was on FRI and I got call from them on WED telling me that I can not see Jennifer on FRI because she is not working at the time my appointment was scheduled, when I mentioned that my appointment is confirmed lady on the phone started to blame " a girl" who made the appointment for the mistake. There was no apology, no empathy, no trying to fix the mistake and she never offer any type of compensation ( may be symbolic $10.00 gift card? - which is a nothing compare what are you paying at this place for treatment ), small gesture but huge impact ! Because of them I lost 3 hours vacation time I had already approved - I had to take vacation time in order to be there on FRI - and I can not cancel this anymore. Lady was arguing with me, talking over me and when I asked for manager she stated there is no manager I could talk to. After repeatedly requesting to speak to manager I got on the phone Jasmine Jimenez who claimed to be a manager. Unfortunately her way to treat the situation was no different. I am extremely disappointed how they disrespect customers and customers time, and with the way they are handling situation when they make mistake. It seems they do not value their customers and they don't care if you will use their service or not ( Jasmine Jimenez told me to use another spa !! ) If you are looking for a place where customers are valued and appreciated, for place which value your business, if you are looking for a place where customer service is highest priority and customer always come first - this is NOT a spa for you. Their services are very expensive, and I always thought you get what you pay for - unfortunately this is not true at Deja Vu Med Spa. read more

I saw Laura for a massage and came out feeling like new. I did not mention to her my shoulder and back issues and during the massage she could tell I had issues in both areas. That made me comfortable to know she knows what she is doing. I have been to other massage places and they either put too much pressure on those sensitive areas or they completely avoid the areas. I'll be coming back for weekly massages with Laura it is definitely worth it when your body hurts all the time. The office is nice and relaxation begins the moment you step in the spa. However, I had an appointment for the 16th which they confirmed by email AND text on the 14th, and when I arrived at 9 am they informed me there was no technician that day and that I had been called about this. I showed my call logs for a week, and my messages and insisted I had not been called, and the person at the desk acted as though I were lying (for what reason?) - she said "everyone else got the call" in a snarky way.
