Since I had replaced all four tires within the last three years, I figured there was still some warranty coverage left. When they looked up my information, the service advisor initially told me my tire warranty had expired in April. I had to correct him because I remembered getting a flat tire around the Fourth of July last year, so I knew the timeline didn't add up. Thankfully, they double-checked and found that the tire was still under warranty. The biggest downside was the wait. I had already arranged for someone to pick me up, but I was told my car was already on the rack and that I'd be out of there soon. Because of that, I decided to stay instead of leaving. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half in the lounge when I could have been home or getting work done. To their credit, the staff apologized for the delay, and the repair was completely covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. While the communication about timing could have been better, I appreciated that they honored the warranty and made things right in the end.

The salesman admitted they used to truck for the service department and as a loaner with several thousand miles on the clock. Just a quick look at the truck you could tell it was not well taken care of. Just another note we were met by a salesman who was in a t-shirt and ball cap. The tow took longer than expected, so they were closed when the truck got there. When we called the next morning, they already had it apart and had a good idea of what it needed. The parts were delivered the next day, and we got the truck and got on our way. They also loaned us (free) a car to drive around town for the couple days we were stranded there. Very decent folks, all of them we interacted with. They saved us when we needed a save.

Took it to deters and put the parts in and labor for the door came out 1,100 and with a warranty so two weeks before warranty was out the door broke same thing fixed but charged me for parts cause they said that it was something different that caused it . (water was getting in the door some how ) you would think they would seal it and fix and send me on my way . So just yesterday same thing happen either they don't know what the heck there doing there just being neglectful and not fixing it right . after spending 2100 .0 they would think they say bring it in this is on us . No not the case ! Taking advantage of the elderly and the disabled !! Don't go there is the worst place I have ever delt with and have been on this earth 55 yrs. Go somewhere else. they can care less for elderly people what goes around comes around they'll be getting there Karma .FYI the owner dosent take complaints even if you ask for him only the assistant manager does.
