You don't even address your clients needs?? As for my character? Not contacting a panicked client after repeated messages says a whole lot more about your character Jessica! I had my lips filled 6 weeks ago with Nilla and she is such a sweet and professional person. I am an RN and appreciate those qualities in an individual. She took her time, did not rush and explained everything to me. The final result was beautiful and natural but the most surprising and best part is that it was relatively painless because her assistant applies ice right before each segment of your lips is injected. What a difference that made! I have had lip injections in the past at plastic surgeons offices and the pain was unbearable! Unfortunately Red Rabbit does not adhere to the same policies that they want from their customers. They have a strict late policy which I totally respect. You are expected to arrive early for your appointment, which I have no problem with. If you are more than 15 minutes lates they can cancel your appointment. I arrived early for my appointment, filled out the required paperwork and was informed that the person I was seeing would be right in. Twenty minutes later I am still sitting there, at this point I felt I was being disrespected so I felt it necessary to leave. I had them refund my $100 deposit. The excuse was that they cannot help it if the person before me took a little longer. My answer was that is totally understandable if someone had said at the onset that she was running late, but to tell me she will be right in and then after 20 minutes she is still not there shows total disregard for your clients! Just as an aside, in the past I have recommended this particular place to numerous people. Thank you for your quick response. In the future you should just inform your patients that you or your associate is running. While I sympathize on the other patients loss, you have to take other people into consideration. Just as an FYI my grandson is stationed at an air base in Iraq that was just targeted by Isis, so I do understand that things come up. Informing people goes a long way! read more

When she doesn't deliver and you go back to her she gets defensive and tries to blame you and get you in for double the price. Disappointed, but lesson learned.
