First tried synergy wellness and Medispa last year for a laser treatment. Purchased a Groupon in the amount of $195. Today a year later, Purchased another living social laser treatment. They would not honor it. The cost was $795 for the same treatment I purchased last year for $157. I was being penalized for being a patient already. Very please with my experience at synergy spa. When I called I did ask for pricing on juvaderm Ulta and made my appointment based on that. When I checked in and I confirmed the price and product Jennifer informed me that they ran out of juvaderm and that they had rystalane for the same price. I'm not one bit disappointed in the product but feel I should have been called before arrival. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. I won't let anyone else give me injectables but Jennifer. I paid $600 for Ultherapy. During the treatment I didn't feel anything. I spoke with a few doctors to see if I got scammed and they said, what a lot of clinics do is offer it cheaper but do not administer enough shots (so as to save on their transducer costs) but that means the patient does not get the best result! (Watch out for this, if the cost seems too good to be true, it probably is). read more

She treats her employees as disposable and doesn't take the time to see her customers needs. I went to synergy for botox. When I received the injections it was the most painful procedure I've ever had, (and I have been getting Botox for years, this isn't my first rodeo)! She jabbed the needle in so deeply, I had tears rolling down my face. I bought 20 units, (this is what I always get) but she said I needed 40 units. So I bought another 20. Then after she was thru, she said I didn't need all, so she asked if I wanted to store it. I thought " never again,I'd never go back. So I told her to use the rest. 2 weeks after the procedure, I could tell the procedure hadn't worked. So I called and made another appointment. The "doctor " injected me this time, but wouldn't inject me in the middle of my forehead where I really needed it!. She said the PA didn't inject me there, so she wouldn't either. I told her she did, (I remembered the middle of the forehead was the worst of the injections. Long story short, This procedure didn't work either. They don't use Botox, I think they use some second rate knock off!!!! Close to 400.00 for a very painful Procedure that didn't work! Buyer be ware! read more

Please stay away from this place! I've had Botox twice at this facility. The first time it was with a more experienced practitioner but still, the burning sensation from the Botox was unbearable. I expressed to the practitioner that I have had Botox many times for the past eight years and that it never hurt- she dismissed my comment. Nonetheless, the results were ok- eyebrows were lifted a tad bit more than I'm used to but nothing outrageous. Foolishly, I returned again when I was due for another round, this time with a new practitioner (new to me and the practice). I explained my concerns from last time and she determined that it would be best to inject Botox on the sides of my nose (who does that?) and the area above where my eyebrows begin. She began to inject the first area and I felt like fire was being injected above my eyebrow. The burning sensation was so intense that we had to take breaks between each prick. I cried and she handed me a cold jade roller to roll through my cheek- she said it would distract from the burning pain. I kept asking her why does it hurt so much? Botox never hurts. She insisted that everything was the same and showed me the Botox vial. After 4 small breaks, tears and pain, the nightmare was finally over! When it was time for my follow-up appointment, they called to confirm and I asked to speak to the owner but ended up speaking with the manager instead. I expressed that one my eyebrows were higher than the other and in addition, I would not be returning because the burning sensation from the Botox was so great that I could not see myself going through that process all over again. THIS IS THE BEST PART... she admitted that they had been mixing something else with the Botox and other patients had also complained about the burning sensation and they decided not to continue injecting clients with it anymore. She offered me an appointment with the initial practitioner to fix my brow but her hours (all of a sudden) did not match mine, therefore, I didn't keep the appointment. Transparency- When trying new solutions/injectables on patients, I believe it is good practice to communicate this to them before injecting substances in their faces without thoroughly explaining what was used. It is also good practice to listen to your patients when they verbalize and demonstrate signs of distress. We are not guinea pigs. IN RESPONSE TO THE BUSINESS OWNER'S REPLY: 1. You were not there when I was last seen, therefore, you can't speak of what I was or wasn't told. 2. The two times I was there, both practitioners prepared the Botox on the counter to the right and BEHIND the patient's chair. All that is in front of the patient in the room I was seen is a chair and a mini fridge for ice packs. No transparency with what you are concocting. 3. Botox does not burn to the point where clients are in tears. In fact, Botox is a pretty painless procedure. I have eight years of experience. 4. My comments were correct for MY experience. There are also similar reviews on here and on other platforms of clients expressing the same concern over Botox, yet your replies are always the same; "we have hundreds of happy patients." True, but you also have some that have experienced painful burning with your Botox. Why not accept it instead of bashing paying customers over their honest experience? I don't doubt you have a facility that is great at providing other services but you've had issues with what/who you are using to dilute the Botox... consider it and improve your practice. read more

I spent about $300 on 20 units of Botox, which was higher than I usually pay, and wound up with a much less than desirable result. The day following the injections, I knew something was seriously wrong, especially since I'd done Botox about 7 times prior to this. The whole left side of my face completely drooped, and as the days go by, my eye & my eyebrows are not returning to normal. After panicking for weeks about my upcoming wedding, I realize the only thing I can do is just wait for it to wear off. I missed my bridal shower because of this, and not only is my face completely uneven on both sides, but underneath both my eyes are completely bruised, and I can only lift one eyebrow up. Whatever eyebrow lifting I can do is completely spocked on both sides and it looks like two triangles when I try to lift them. And not to mention, the wrinkle in my forehead that I originally went to correct is still there! If you're going to go here, I'd stick to massages and facials, and go to a certified plastic surgeon for Botox injections. Thank God I hired a good makeup artist for my wedding because I feel like this ruined my life and can't believe I'll be looking at photos of myself like this forever and ever. Edit: I am not from another office - stop writing that on every negative review you get. I am writing this review based on service I received by you at Synergy earlier in the year. It took 5 months for my face to return to normal, and I had several other clients reach out regarding a class action lawsuit against you - so I know I'm not alone in the pain and suffering I experienced. read more

I will never come back here. Not, even for my 2 week tweek! I was here on a Sunday, the P.A. that gave me botox was very clinical and cold. I've been getting botox for 14 years now. This was the most painful ordeal I've ever had. Plus, under my right eye I am extremely bruised!!!! Why?? This has never happened to me! It is now Wed. and I see no signs of the bruising disappearing by time I need to go to a reunion this up coming Sunday. I've been icing my face and using arnica too! This P.A. shoukd be fired! This place is amazing! I recently had a facial with the esthetician, Michelle and it was great. She was friendly, professional, and addressed all of my skin's needs. Also, the heated bed was a great touch! The products used were the also great, I didn't leave red and irritated after this facial which is a miracle!! And my skin is looking better than ever! I purchased 40 units of Botox off Groupon, which was likely the first mistake I made going to Synergy Wellness MediSpa. Upon being examined, I was told that I needed 56 units of Botox...56! And informed that I would have to spend another $220 on the extra 16 units. I went back for my follow up appointment 2 weeks later and needed another 2 units, of which I was charged me $28 for, after which I learned that most establishments do not charge for follow ups. I waited weeks and now its close to 2 months post injections and I never ended up with the results I imagined I would.My forehead never smoothed completely a bit better, sure. Same with my 11's and crows feet. This may have been my first time however, I would have never imagined that 58 units of Botox would leave me wondering what had actually been done. Now it's 2 months later and I am already looking at getting this done again, elsewhere of course, with hopefully better results. * Note- I did call the office about 4 weeks after the injections and let them know I was unhappy and they blamed it on a possible Botox intolerance and offered me an appointment which I did not go for. This past weekend I had my first visit to Synergy after hearing my friends unbelievable recommendations and it completely surpassed what I was expecting! I got my first ever facial (which I was admittedly apprehensive about) by Ashley and it's difficult to put in words how amazing it was, she used a variety of different techniques during my half hour session. she incorporated aroma therapy, massages of my neck, upper back, and arms, as well as a full fade treatment. For someone whose usually pretty high strung this was exactly what I needed! The level of relaxation she gets you in is something you can only understand if you experience it first hand, as soon as I as done I left I booked my next one immediately! If you're on the fence about trying it don't be it's truly a calming experience like no other and my skin has never looked this good in my life, even now almost a week later and I still see a huge difference. My recommendation for when you go ask her to recommend skin care products for you to use she gave me specific ones to get and try based on my skin and was really helpful telling me how I should structure my skin care routine.
